Technically you can but it's more fun if you can ride a little bit so I'd recommend taking some lessons at a barn before you do this. Also if it's your first time riding and you ride for like 3-6 hours 1 one day you will be so sore the next day that you'll probably barely be able to get back on the horse the next day
