Matchmaking is still garbage to this very day , it’s presumably that way because when low levels party up with a single high level friend, the system assumes everyone is a high level and matches them with enemy players that are around the same level as the one high level friend. Ps: I can’t stand premades, if they’re on the enemy team- the match becomes one sided pub stomp. If they’re on your team- the game becomes a 1v9 because they will troll you if you don’t agree with their goals.

@@emmahas2moms8038 I've been playing smite since beta, I even left a review on the Microsoft store a few years back, I guess it was because the player base was so small I always was with experienced moba players, but people don't understand experience and if the towers hit the minions you get little to no gold etc. I feel like the skill base dropped dramatically in the last years and especially game knowledge.

@@emmahas2moms8038 also your theory doesn't make since pertaining to my situation cause I queued solo and according to smite guru they also queued solo. I was a way higher level than the enemy team too. Everyone was in there 70's

@@sirdabsalot2087 Oh, I guess my experience is very different from yours, there are many others on forums like Reddit and Smite official forums (before it was shutdown) that addressed the premades affecting solo queue matches. From what I witness, when low levels end up in a match full of high levels, it isn’t fun for either team. The low level is getting farmed like a back camp. His teammates are trying to pick up the pieces from being in a constant 4v5. The enemy team is just spending the next 10 mins holding w towards the low level until he dies repeatedly.

@@emmahas2moms8038 Oh you're absolutely correct you shouldn't be allowed to pre-made into casuals. There should be a seperate mode. Even 3 players in a 5 man team with good communication skills can clap a team of casuals
