"You Raise Me Up" was composed by Rolf Løvland and written by Brendan Graham. It was first recorded by Secret Garden, in collaboration with Brian Kennedy. Although the original version was not a major hit, the song has since been recorded by many other great artists, most notably American singer Josh Groban.

One of my all-time favorites. It reminds me of my wife, who raised me up to more than I could be without her. She is with the Lord Jesus now. Sometimes I pretend to dance with her to another artist's version, but I may use yours next time. Such a pure and wonderful voice you have been blessed with, Emily.
