He's a great actor but he started over acting and having ridiculous outbursts of yelling frequently after playing Tony Montana. It's just a fact. He has also played either a mob guy or a cop/detective like a combined 15 to 20 times Love Pacino as an actor and he has had flashes of brilliance throughout his career but he was a different actor early on in the 1970s.

It's a mental disease, so she was back then, but probably wasn't showing any outward symptoms yet.

it was pacino's come back movie, he took four years off coz he was burned out on making movies, as a cop suspense thriller it was decent
