In love with October and all the spooky aesthetics that follow along with it? This playlist is the perfect set of songs to put on in the background as you write your witchy story or cook a fantastic fall harvest meal. Designed around my current WIP This Book is For October, each song and each image represent moments and general vibes that the story creates. Sit back and get lost in the world and love story of Hecate Goodwin and Matthew Cypher!
If any of these sound familiar it's because most of them have been used as background music for my writing vlogs the past few months. Basically, I wanted people to be able to listen to the songs without having to also listen to me jabber on. Enjoy!

This is a lovely selection (even in May!) and provides some nice atmospheric vibes while I'm writing my vampire tale. It's set in the English county of Surrey where my vampire encounters a lot of the older (pre-Christian) lifeforms - the Black Dog, mere fays and river spirits, the drac and the nicor... and witches, of course. But she doesn't approve of the use of bats' wings for potions - she is very fond of her bats and won't take kindly to anyone who harms them!

Well I am a Sorcerer and abrahamic Wizard who has at least 2 ghosts but I do not consider myself a Necromancer, although I do literally see myself as Samiel’s, Death’s son, so maybe I am kind of necromantic in that I work For death but not With the dead usually. I am Sariel, the Sword of Samiel, one of many within this Wizard.
