Don’t call it an audit mate he doesn’t like it I made that mistake it’s a “visit” so every video I watched of his I called it an audit I think he clicked on because he stopped telling me it’s a visit not an audit in the end 😂😂😂😂

What would you do if a complete stranger turned up at your workplace/business and stood outside filming while wearing a mask, including (as this auditor often does) pointing his camera inside cars? Give an honest answer. Also, in this video he does not tell the truth about why he is there. How would you react if you discovered that your face is on social media without any warning or consent and for no good reason, the cameraman having lied to you about what he was doing? Would you still find it entertaining? Again, answer honestly, rather than giving the boilerplate reply of: 'Oh, I wouldn't care if somebody filmed me.' You would care, you know full well that you would.

@@Happyg87 Yes, I would say the same about any news organisation that behaved in a similar fashion, but I am not aware of any. Can you provide examples? Potentially I will to glad to feature any examples you give on my channel and I will criticise those people too! However, take note that news organisations are covered by exemptions from certain data protection requirements that would not apply to auditors, so it's a different case. But there's more to say about it. First, journalists don't have an interest in harassing and doorstepping ordinary people for stories. Those journalists who do engage in that conduct are subject to a complaints procedure at the newspaper or news organisation, and the newspaper/organisation is in turn subject to a voluntary dispute resolution scheme and of course is subject to data protection law and general criminal law.

22:05 Actually neither business can trespass you off the driveway access. Even if both agree with each other. Only the owner or their representatives of the land can do that. The businesses are not the representatives of the land owner as they are not under orders from the owner. They only lease the buildings. And even if one of the businesses happened to own the driveway there would be a legal covenant in the title deeds that allowed anyone access. This removes the right to trespass someone except when a crime or actual disturbance is occurring and the rights under the human rights act don't cover the actions. For instance if a protest against birthday cards happened, then the protesters couldn't be moved because of their human right. But if they stopped employees going to/from work, then they could be removed.

Concerned about security yet very old cameras no permanent security personnel they can’t be that worried just don’t want to spend money on adequate security
