Haruka is the second character that I would leave with Usagi (in the first place is Seiya) I really like their interactions in the new version, just like Love😁😁😁
Uranus, Neptune and Pluto made a bunch of mistakes that they thought they doing the right thing but they realized it was wrong that will lead to unintentional consequences for instance they shouldn't have keep this a secret to Sailor Moon and others about there true mission about their three talismans that they use back at Silver Millennium to summon Sailor Saturn that destroy the Moon Kingdom then they told Sailor Moon and other they going to kill Hotaru but Sailor Moon denied this not kill a innocent life and Uranus, Neptune and Pluto cannot work together with and other as friend because they realize she will the earth in danger but then when Uranus, Neptune and Pluto find out that Sailor Moon the other are being ambush and trap by the enemy that they realize that this was wrong about not work together as friends because they are the ones how but then in danger and if the go kill Hotaru they'll become like the Dead Busters this is Accepting the things they cannot change, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto should have listened to Sailor Moon about working together as friend and save Hotaru without killing her so they go fix this by saving Sailor Moon and others by doing the right thing by having the the courage to change the thing they can with power of love and Uranus said to Sailor Moon we will never abandoned you how could we, we always wanna fight by you side and that's the wisdom to know the difference by working together as a team they can things better stronger with power of love can triumph over evil Sailor Moon says non matter what, and that's what Serenity gives Uranus, Neptune and Pluto a sign to Accept the things you cannot change, have the courage to change the thing you can and have the wisdom to know the difference.

Haruka don't have a crush on Usagi in manga she's just really loyal. She always dreamed of protecting her princess and fighting along side her, same with all the outers. You can see it on all their facees when they're finally able to fight along side her and have interactions that wasn't possible in their past life. Haruka is just more expressive with. If you're confused by the kiss it's because she wanted to distract and confuse Usagi at that moment which she apologised for later knowing that she crossed the line. Haruka only loves Michiru romantically no one else. Minako also have moments where she's expressive with her loyalty to her princess.
I wouldn’t trust Hakura Tenho or Sailor Uranus, reasons I don’t like her: as her name implies, a huge @$$ hole, greedy and selfish, acts like a jerk, hardly cares about Usagi, acts like she doesn’t need Sailor Moons help or anyones help. I’m just saying, she’s not really my favorite Sailor Scout, personally my favorite Sailor Scouts are Sailor Moon and her friends, they’re cool 😊👍🏼🌙
