The best ornaments to farm are the ones your account needs to progress the most. I needed space station (for my Yanqing) and ageless for my healer. So either one, it's a win-win
This is true too. As you progress, eventually you'll have better relics on your characters, and certain planar ornaments become better. The comment of @cat-vv9xb sums it up perfectly. But I agree, with some supports, HP provides more survivability and healing.
World 3 when you are starting out and World 7 for lategame. The best dpses in the game generally want Rutilant rather than Space-Sealing, but it's a bit hard to hit 70% crit when you are just starting out so World 3 has better value when you are newer. Similar scenario with Broken Keel versus Fleet, Broken Keel is actually a lot better than Fleet because crit damage is king and effect res is very important qol for evading cc in the endgame even if it results in slightly lesser numerical throughput on paper in some cases(looking at you Fu Xuan and Luocha). I tried using Fleet for Fu Xuan and Luocha because it gives slightly better healing, but there were many occasions where RNG hit and they got cced over and over resulting in a wipe, and Broken Keel's extra 10% effect res made a huge difference(in addition to chasing more effect res substats on the rest of the pieces).
All your points are extremely valid. I'd just like to add to it more, particularly for Broken keel, it's only really good for certain characters, particularly if they have Effect RES traces like Fu Xuan, it's just significantly easier to build on her, unlike Pela, who actually also needs Effect Hit Rate(unless you're using an EHR body), building for the Broken Keel's passive could be difficult, esp if you still want her to be tanky enough to survive attacks, in which case, Fleet might be easier on the substats instead since you only really have to worry about SPD.

There's really no 1 size fit all planar ornament, for Seele fleet is better than broken keel on her support because she needs more atk% than cdmg, and salsotto is better than rutilant on dpses with nuke type ults such as Himeko and Seele as long as you're using Tingyun, the best 4 star unit.
Yeah, there really isn't just one specific set on characters, however, at the end of the day, it's all about the substats. I tried building my Pela on Broken Keel, while I was able to get the passive eventually, it was at the cost of so many other stats that Fleet would've been so much easier.
not useful information, I don't recommend watching unless you barely know anything about hsr. what /level/ to farm is most efficient, how much you can get away with skipping.. etc
