This is my favourite of your videos. I love the song. I really like how you begin the vid with Murdock singing "You're in the Army now". That scene is a syndication cut, so without getting the DVDs (I have 'em taped off TV), your vid is one of the only ways I can hear him sing it. ^_^ It's too bad, though, that you had to restrict yourself to S1 footage. I think there are scenes from later seasons that might have matched the song a little better.
Wow, thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it! I really wished that I had had more of the A-team to work with, but I only had the first season on my computer. Alas. But thanks for your wonderful feedback!
Lol, I'm glad you liked it. I came across the song and finished the vid in the same day! I just came together! It was way too tempting and too much fun.
;) no, thank you! (this can go on forever. The polite wars!!) Do you know how few people down south actually say 'you're welcome'? They all just go "mm-hmmm". So whenever I hear a 'you're welcome' it really gets me happy.
I believe the traditional words are "You're in the Army now; you're not behind the plow; you'll never get rich; you'll dig in a ditch; you're in the Army Now.
Sorry for the late reply. Yes, I did take all my footage from A-team episodes. In fact, this one was made from all season 1 eps. The Vietnam footage is from their flashbacks in 'A Nice Place to Visit' where they go to a friend's funeral.
You so know Status Quo wrote this song after watching an episode of the A Team - like Bruce S wrote his fanous song after watching the A Team. Oh yes. You know it's true ................
