I have loved this message back in 2016 that gave me hope and lead me on this journey of self love. I’ve been rocking with you since then, it was never the messenger it was the message. I listened without judgment all the while I was healing. What you looked like never mattered it was what you were saying that helped me. Your message was about love, compassion, non judgment and self love . I am a forever fan because I too can attest that this self love journey really works. Heal well my friend 🥰🙏🏾

Alright, I struggled with anorexia and continue to address digestive issues. It was disheartening not to be taken seriously; many assumed I was avoiding certain foods. I forced myself to eat, leading to my body rejecting it. Encountering ad hominem fallacies due to my eating disorder was painful. Upon recovery, the frustration grew as 'professionals' didn't consider my experiences seriously. I even compelled myself to consume foods that were not suitable for me, driven by the ignorance of these 'professionals' who failed to grasp my specific needs and struggles, just because they assumed I was lying -which was quite offensive as I wasn’t-. Your video brought tears to my eyes, I've been through a similar struggle. It's crucial for professionals not to assume we're lying without questioning that we may actually be honorable human beings with good intellect trying to get even better. Thank you so much for sharing. Know that you have always given me strength to trust, honor and step up for myself and your successful experience is food to my soul. Keep on being such an example of self love, intelligence and confidence. You were a big inspiration in the early stages of my recovery and you keep on feeding my soul with your blunt self trust. Thank you so much for being so generous and sharing all of your content.❤

I am SO sorry that you have gone through all this, that you have been told you are lying, that you have been accused of just having an eating disorder and that you've had to force yourself to eat in ways that don't feel good to you. Truly, it is just so deeply unfair that this happens and I am so sorry that you have had to go through all of that. You are worthy of being seen and believed, and it is deeply not ok how you've been treated. I really want you to know that you are worthy of your own love and care, and the fact that YOU believe you, that you are willing to stand up for you, that you are willing to advocate for you IS so important. You are worthy of that, and I hope that this content continues to support you in finding more and more strength and inner resource as you work towards finding a way of being that actually works for you. You are worth the time and effort, and I hope you know how special and valuable you are

You’re an inspiration. I’ve been following your path for about 10 years and it’s beautiful to see your evolution. I can relate so much because in the last few years I’ve felt like I’ve crossed over the hump of the mountain and things seem to be getting easier. We know so well how to be someone who struggles but we get to learn how to step into a new life and shed our suffering, while still carrying appreciation for what it taught us. Life is beautiful. An exciting new chapter is here. I wish you happiness and healing 🐣 🌻 ☀️

YES! Learning how to be in the suffering is one thing, and now learning how to be on the other side, how to use it to serve others, how to live in more lightness and freedom - it's a whole new journey and one I'm really excited for. This has been something that HAS been happening in my life over the last 10 years in many other aspects, but with health yes!! Sending you so much love for YOUR new chapter as well dear one!!

U are beyond an angel. I can relate to the focus being om the eating disorder. I had colonic inertia and gastroparesis and they refused to do testing . I now have a permanent illeostopy bag. 8 years balled over in pain and now things are better but still dealing with a lot of pain and need to get my colon completely removed trying to love myself through this . U are so inspiring to me . I needed to see this today. I am having a horrific flare up of colitis and am so blessed to have so your video . U are an angel . I need to just love myself through this . I can't tell u the release of stuck energy in my body as a result of this video. Please please U first my precious lovely light

I am so sorry to hear that you weren't listened to, and I am so sorry that you are currently in pain and having to struggle through all of this. You are an absolute champion, and I hope you know how deeply powerful YOU are - having to live with pain, having to make it through so many days where you can't just 'be normal' but where you DO have to 'get on' with things, not knowing from one day to the next how you're going to feel or what life is going to be like - people really don't understand. You are so worthy of that love. You are so worthy of your own compassion and the release of anything other than that. Sending you all my love for your continued journey, just be gentle and soft with yourself. You are worthy of kindness and compassion at all times. One day, one moment, one step at a time, I pray for you that there is release and relief from this pain

The reality is, there is no quick fix for finding ourselves and getting on this path of self love and support - and I really just want to encourage you that every step you take, every little bit of effort you put in, every moment you are willing to just be compassionate with yourself COUNTS. You are making progress and it DOES add up, and I promise you that one day you are really going to see and feel it. I NEVER leave comments but your story is SO similar to mine and so many of the patients that I now help (I work for an integrative physician), I cannot even tell you. It is so shameful that people are literally left to die like this, which is basically what every single one of our doctors have been doing by dismissing our symptoms and misdiagnosing us left and right. It is PATHETIC that this is the standard of care , thank you so much for shedding light on your story and this system of abuse masquerading as health care ❤️❤️❤️❤️ If you need a really good doctor who actually listens and knows wtf you’re talking about and has helped people in the same situation in VA or MD, you let me know!!!

I totally agree - there was just SO much missed and so much that really should have been caught earlier. There was a lot of neglect in my story, and again, it's something that's really shaped me and my world view as being one that centers around the fact that we just need MORE care in ALL sectors of society. That's what this whole path is all about. Care is the core of it all - attention, slowing down, honoring. Stunning. Couldn’t believe someone was still trying to “advise” you while you were actively telling your story! 😑 I have a mild form of SIBO and as soon as I heard that, I was familiar and understand FODMAPs and all that. But holy hell, dude. What you went through? In my mind, you should be considered on par with David Goggins in your capacity to push past chronic pain and push yourself into super-human territory. You’re a hero for how you managed to sustain yourself despite this condition…and despite the hate you experienced for your appearance. Your message was always beautiful and now it has a whole other layer of…well, proof for its power. So so genuinely overjoyed for you! ❤ and excited for how your body can now develop and grow and function happily…and crucially, as a foodie, despite also having lifelong issues & sensitivities (only a fraction of yours!), I am SO pumped for you to be able to fully enjoy food!!

Haha, I do understsand it - the wellness industry has REALLY indoctrinated us into that idea that everything can should be cured naturally, that all problems are things we can intuitively understand and that if we aren't perfectly healthy, this means we must not taking true 'responsibility' for ourselves. It's a big part of the manufactured discontent/hyper individualism and navel gazing that is so poisonous in our culture. Yeah, and now it's all about learning how to NOT push through pain like that, learning about this new body and learning to lean into softness and gentleness! Thank you so much for this whole comment, I appreciate it so deeply and I appreciate YOU so deeply. Sending you all my love.

Thank you for sharing your story. For many years my dad used to vomit every night. I remember waiting for him to go to the bathroom before I could go to sleep. For years he was told it was psychological and connected to anxiety. Eventually he consulted a private doctor and found out that he had a pyloric stenosis and therefore the food he was eating could not travel properly through his body due to the blockage. He had surgery and subsequently began to recover. Your story made me cry, I trust you will go from strength to strength.

I am so sorry that your dad had to suffer so much, and that you had to suffer as well! Thank goodness he got a proper diagnosis, and I am so glad he was able to recover. I hope that you are also doing ok after all of that too! Sending you both so much love

I was so eager to hear what happened! Congratulations! 🥳 I cannot believe this was overlooked so long. I assume you had tests in the past so why it took until mid-30s is hard to understand but better late than never. I thought you said towards the end that you had eaten your first meal but then you seemed to suggest you hadn't done so yet. I had no idea how bad it had been, even with your prior videos. You have kept going somehow. Not to mention creating content six months in advance! Maybe now life will get easier for you. 🙏 Thank you for sharing!:)

Wow Aliyah, so relieved for you and sorry for what you have had to deal with all these years. Wishing you all the best in your recovery. I hope you can find balance with your diet and love your body for what it becomes as you heal. You are sharing such an important perspective that is so often missed in healthcare.

Also wanted to mention you ARE a special person. Not just anyone could do what you did. You are so disciplined and motivated and I think that should be acknowledged. P.s as someone who is studying health science I feel the responsibility to add that being severely under weight/frail causes body to have issues maintaining heat and is not a state of optimal health by any means- so even if you had ‘perfect test results’ the doctors were not considering all possible tests (e.g., bone density). I also hope you can work with a dietician to support your recovery to eating a more balanced diet based in scientific evidence.

Your glowing. Wow since you have been a baby 🙏. I got hella sad listening to this everything you went through, Your very strong, much respect. This is incredible im so happy for you, wow the tree story that you tell was you , you were not even getting water, now the tree is going to get water and food after 32 years. I’m so glad you didn’t give up and made videos and shared your message. Your message helped me so much. Thank you. A little bit of housekeeping I responded to one of your shorts and replied to you on accident. The buttons on my cell phone where to small I was trying to reply to the comments that were made that I felt were mean. I shouldn’t have replied But I got triggered by the trolls especially on your channel . Hope that makes sense.

I have another type of vascular compression syndrome called Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome/celiac artery compression syndrome. It suuuucks! I also have MCAS. Do you have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome? Abdominal vascular compression syndromes are more common in people with connective tissue disorders like EDS. You have the look of someone who has it, you have the same eyes as me 😊 I'm so glad you got your answer though - SMAS definitely makes MCAS worse too!

Thank you so much for the love here, I really appreciate it coming from someone who deeply understands. I don't have EDS but I DO have hyper-mobility in my upper back and hips! All of this stuff does seem to really be connected and related hey? Sending you so much love for your body and healing

Awww ❤ unfortunately women are often not taken seriously in the healthcare world, especially young and "healthy" women and we are told it's "in your head"...I resonate so much with your story. I also had a lot of stomach pain, constipation and vomiting growing up. And things got worse in my 20s. My gallbladder slowed down to 25% of it's function and had it removed at age 25 but things kept worsening. I did so many colon cleanses and eventually relied on enemas to at least be functional until my colon motility got so bad that it perforated. Had a subtotal colectomy with anastomosis at age 35. At age 36 I had total pelvic prolapse and had surgery to correct it. I kept declining and and suffered with constipation, bleeding, pain and ulcers in the area of my ileosigmoid anastomosis. Tests showed pelvic floor and rectal dysfunction, had my sigmoid colon removed and got an ileostomy bag. It has made me a lot better, though I still have some issues with bloating and pain, and have to be careful about the foods I eat and I figured out that wheat and gluten contribute to my issues a lot. I've also been diagnosed with eating disorders and told to "just eat more" and also was told I had IBS and anxiety because I was young and "healthy" especially as a new mom and being young and back then I didn't have health insurance. It's difficult for sure. I get what you're going through, it is awful but I'm so glad u got an official diagnosis. Keep on keeping on and take care of yourself to heal

I am SO sorry that you have had to struggle through all that you have, and that you haven't gotten the care, support and recognition you deserve. You're so right, the system is messed up in SO many ways, especially in terms of how it treats women vs. men. I am so glad that you have found things that work for you, and I am sending you so much love and support as you continue your path of understanding yourself more and supporting yourself. You are so worthy of that. Every ounce of effort you've put in, you are worthy of it

I also had a very similar problem since at least the age of 5, probably earlier. I was in and out of the er on a regular basis. They always made lame excuses as to why I was in the fetal position gripping the bed, crying in excruciating pain. Even when I started going to the doctors, Noone knew what to do. I was very thin as a child and the pain made it harder to want to eat. As I got older, I went through bouts of being very thin to being slightly overweight when constipation set in. Always had had to watch what I ate. Ended up with other problems including rapid tooth lose and other numerological issues. I did throw up, as well but learned to keep it in check as I would be extremely weak afterwards. Had my gallbladder removed in my early thirties, as I was told I had a mass. Did not fix problem.Am 62 now and still have bad issues. So.etimes overeating to try and push the food through. Ended up with c.duff because of antibiotics for the stomach issues. Never heard of your condition, but am wondering if it may also be part of my problem. I also have a ascending aortic aneurysm. Too much to love with, but I have pushed on thru. Would love to find answers and be well. God bless you and continued good health. Pam
