5 days later, and the recent apex tournament is so bad, streamers got targed live with aimbot,wallhacks,you can see the custom cheat menu,etc. and now have ransomware and other malicious hardware installed on their personal computers. UNISTALL APEX IMMEDIATELY
@@Chickensea10 What's more likely? The two in question downloaded the same file from the same seedy place or the game is RCE exploitable and needs a patch. Why would they only target two people and not like 1 from each squad making the game randomly just come to an abrupt end? I'd bet the reason they were targeted was because they were the only two able to be exploited like that. Downloading a cheat can literally give a backdoor for the developer of the cheat. Same as with cracked software. If ever you've dowloaded a cracked copy of anything, then you've exposed yourself to quite a bit of grief. You don't know what that person did other than crack the software. You honestly think they cracked it and made it available for free out of the kindness of their heart? No, they did it because they can manipulate files and access your data. Imagine what they will do when they know they caught a big fish?

I remember el.nemesis trying to say he wasn't cheating in chat. He literally locked onto a guy through a wall. And then we see his head pop up and el.nemesis is already aiming at him.
It's because apex is too busy banning people for their usernames being "against the guidelines" to ban the cheaters, they couldn't care less about game playability anymore

What is really sad is it's obvious that respawn and EA are doing nothing but there are still people out there giving them money. The only way anything is going to get done is if the money stops but people are idiots
or are they making more money off selling cheats themselves? Just recently saw an apex video breaking down how cheating discords are a multi million dollar business. Why would a company like respawn not be legally going ofter people monetizing a service that defaces their game, and lowers success of their product? Look into a game like ark and their publisher snail games. Ark ascended dropped and had the most broken cheats day 1 with cheat websites with planned marketing offering free 3 day trials. 100% snail games sold those cheats themselves. Teleporting projectile aimbot with no limit range, day 1, so shooting through walls and mesh across the map and a search bar for any player. Who produced those cheats in under 24 hours of release? Had to be someone with early access... meaning a dev. Whether its a matter of the whole company being in it, the people at the top, or just some devs trying to make their own quick buck, id put money on it that someone at respawn is in on selling the cheat service.
If the money stops the game dies. Everyone keeps saying to just boycott it. Think about that reasonably it's EA if a multi-player game isn't making money they axe the servers. If noone buys anything then they kill the game

As a software engineer the bots are not badly programmed. I'd say they're programmed really well. Instead of going all out and adding tracking and advanced movement, just lock on to the closest target and shoot once damage is received. It's effective because there's less code to maintain and less edge cases. A decent programmer could very easily do something like this if they're familiar with how Apex handles variables in memory.

Id quit completely brother, this game is the Titanic right now, in following weeks I'll be done with this game, it's been run into the ground, Devs don't update important things, staff are being fired, too many Micro transactions, Cheaters are running Beyond rampant, throw in disconnection issues and laggy gameplay and it's not making a comeback anytime soon, it's going down hard.
It’s not just apex sadly , it’s EVERY SINGLE ONLINE GAME . Doesn’t even need to be a competitive shooter , I can’t even turn on my Xbox after a day of work and enjoy my favorite hobby bc every single video game is riddled with virgin teenagers hacking the games .
part of cheating, is gaslighting other people into thinking you're not cheating. these kids nowadays, cant even speak english or read a clock. you think they're going to out strategize you? probably not. unless it involves making tiktok videos or doing low IQ things on social media, the kids nowadays are stupid. and wont be surpassing anyone at anything. basically they're the epitome of being taught to take shortcuts in life. cheating, onlyfans instead of getting a job.. hard work isnt in their vocabulary. shortcuts, until they land in prison or dead.
My Apex experience for the past year or so is coming back on after a long month of being tired of the game, booting up Battle Royale after some mixtape as a warm-up/prerequisite to have games that I don't do super terribly in, and then getting shat on for like 10 games in a row while dropping three to no kills. Then I'm left wondering why I even bothered getting on in the first place. For a long while I just accepted that I was just completely ass at the game but hearing about all these apparent cheaters on both PC and consoles and how just a year and a half ago I wasn't doing nearly half this bad is slowly changing my mind to that the realization that: yeah this game just sucks.
ive had this problem all the time. since this season started, ive been shot through walls and prefired through walls. ive reported so many people but EA only cares about the money, not the game or the players. like dude, im tryna have fun this season, and the most fun ive had was the April fools event where i could fly around with guns.
PS5 defaults to cross platform and if you change the setting to play against only console, you will be waiting in the lobby for a game that will never start. So 100% there are cheaters on console because you are more less forced to play against PC players just to get a game

Whoa, there's actually so many of them! They can even have 50 kills and be a level 200 on a wraith and still have cheats.. it's crazy. No wonder i'm getting beamed by a guy standing still whilst i'm super jumping into a room lol. It never felt right and they always seem to be level 100 wraiths and that that always knock me, i rarely see a 20k player knock me. That is saying something
I get over 250 wins per season. So I believe I'm above the average player and the amount of people that destroy at sniper range with the wingman is ridiculous. I can't do it. Cheaters!
I feel better now. I was so frustrated earlier playing ranked. I was like my aim isn’t terrible and my positioning /game sense has gotten wayyyy better . I would look at profiles and what not and the numbers didn’t add up smh
bro when a knuckle cluster did 70 damage to me after i walked into it after it was already active for 5 seconds, and then the fuse downed my 225 evo health in 0.9 seconds (i also had my rev ult active) while i was strafing at mid range, yeah i knew respawn didnt care

My name is a made up name i have been using online for over 20 years, means NOTHING in any language known to mankind... I just ignored their email.. never got banned or crap but the fact they sent me an email about it .. oh man.. Screw them.
Funny is here that when I figured that person is a cheater and another squad pushed me and killed me . But I cannot report that cheater. Cause I only can report the killer and his team and my team.
Bit of context Zeus, the Rev and Conduit that you looked up. They were levels 473 and 322 but it’s worse than you thought lmao. They were prestige, 473 and 322. Meaning they were actually levels 973 and 822. Insane to think about because how would we know if they didn’t cheat for majority of those levels.

I literally got perma banned from EVERY EA TITLE just for saying lil broke ass in game chat to a console player on apex. Guess I should have just cheated instead.
this is definitely the worst szn in terms of cheaters. i was going for top50 pred but only played the first 2 days of the szn and ended at p2 on the second day, and it was genuine torture. no one cares to hide it anymore. not even just aimbot, but majority are using xim+glow/esp with a jitter script for no recoil. if they dont wanna buy a xim they just buy a remapper, which is just another version of rewasd. if i wasnt dying to them it was just a 3 stack of pros which i would rather fight than cheaters. I gave up after these degenerates started crashing servers if they were about to lose a fight so they can avoid losing rp. ranked is fucked
this is starting to feel like a cheating epidemic not just a problem. It's not just apex, its any game with a competitive aspect to it. At some point in the past a lot of people decided that winning was the only fun part, not improving your own skill. I still struggle to see what joy there is to be had when losing is impossible.
100% cheat dev's are making more money than EA off Apex. EA grossed an estimated US$1.3b in '23 off Apex. At $10 a day for a cheat, I recon it's not hard to believe that there's more than 300,000 people walling and aimbotting their way around in a day. 400,000 concurrent players, the actual active players on PC are in the many millions. Not a developer, or a coder. But there has to be a way of a bit of game logic to say if someone has a accurancy percentage > 90% over the course of an hour, then flag them for review. Of if their lifetime accuracy is 30% and then suddenly it's tracking at 95% they gotta go. But then again, EA is probably financing the cheat devs...we all know they love a dollar.
Feels like once they blocked configs it disabled anticheat. Not saying Apex hasn’t had a problem with them cuz it’s been bad for a min just feels like that update disabled it altogether so any and every cheat works again
Weird how we all have different experiences with the game. I have maybe 500 hours on PC with the last few seasons and I haven’t experienced one blatantly obvious hacker but tons of strikepacks!!

Listen guys from what i read on the subject of cheating has given me some hope that if we do a class action lawsuit it may make them do something cause money talks now in my research it says game companies sue cheat makers so if they have that right than surly we have the right tobsue as well and when i asked Google has anyone tried to sue game companies for cheating it said nobody has even tried so basically thats the solution plus social media platforms that pay cheaters are also liable and it would just take a honest lawyer to argue that so thats my 2 cents.
Id spend money and play more if they were upfront and showed they were doing something about cheaters. Most studios are afraid of turning players off by addressing cheats exist in game. They need to look at pubg and how open they are about their ban waves. Go full court on these scumbags Apex
15:20 they do have aimbots, but they are "very soft". Meaning, they will only lock on to you when you are in like a 20-30° angle infront of them by the looks of it. If you go beyond that, they will lock on for like 1-2 more bullets and then miss you.
I mainly play pubs and it's not cheaters for me it's the disgusting "sbmm" matchmaking and the burst damage meta. Three stacks of sweats that down you in 2-3 bursts is SO fun when I have people who don't even know how to play the game. Casual play is a joke, especially if you solo queue
The cheating is really bad for most online multiplayer games. The worst part is when you call them out by sending them messages, they complain and get your account suspended for calling them out for cheating. My nephews got suspended 4 times in the last year for sending messages asking these losers why they have to cheat at game and the PSN suspended their account. They did the same on Xbox Live and not even once did they get suspended. I get hate mail all the time and never complain to get someone suspended. That shit is loser nonsense and those people need to get slapped in the back of the head for being snowflakes. In today's World, we can't call out people for being toxic and vile because you get accused of being abusive. It's crazy times we live in and pretty soon with all the censoring, you will see people get frustrated and take it to the streets and cause a lot of chaos.
I remember when they introduced the second map, for fun I would challenge myself to only use a certain type/class of weapons. Often I'd do pistols only. I would rock a wingman and p2020 snd would have so much fun. Now its impossible. If i try, i get instant downed. Just not fun anymore.
A theory but i think they are using reinforcement learning for those AI in the tdm games. ML models normally take a long time to train especially in a game setting on top of having to bypass anti cheat it could take a lot of processing power + take thousands of games before they can be somewhat useful. But again im just speculating
Even on console it’s crazy back in the days I saw cheaters once every two tree months now nearly every game peoples either sees you through the wall or they literally beams you all headshots with r-99.
I hop onto a game once every few months or so, im not very good but i cameback onetime a year or so ago and found i was banned for cheater association, i guess i had a cheater on my team ane was banned for it. Was unbanned a few days later thanks to support
DUDE i had a clip of someone who was an admin in the ban command center sent it to HIDEOUTs you know what he said ? he is not cheating ( because he is his friend ) and sorry that he flexed on you ( he didn't kill me i was just on his twitch and saw him cheating ) if anyone is to blame its the people who are responsible for banning cheaters.
I use to work for esl and help build their eslac. You would be surprised how many known people get caught cheating. People use to do it back in the day before streaming and money. Best believe the ones you should be worried about are the $5000+ hooks that have ai advanced ghosting and soft aim proxies that make it look natural and not blatant.
I cheated before, used a semi decent client and it was a blast. Got banned sometimes in minutes, sometimes weeks. If it’s blatant they always get banned. It’s the good closet cheats with smart/ actually skilled players that make them nearly impossible to ban.
I got 7 day temped for saying “caustic is an idiotic legend” in game chat, No caustic on our team btw. Don’t even know who the fuck reported me. But yet I’ve reported cheaters and had them in my lobby a few days/weeks later numerous times. It’s crazy how fucking shit this game is.
Game is broken. I still facing 20 bomb Preds in Bronze so matchmaking is still a thing. Exaclty how does "ranked" work if all it is, is matchmaking the entire time?
