U can always charge to creeps, or someone from ur team can clears the linken, even charge is faster cd than linkens, moreover unless sups rush to linken they wont get til late game xDDDDD

I usually get tranquil boots upgrade just because the timing is a bit hard with phase boots but man you're so fast with that swift blink you don't even need timing.

No reason to not get oct core + ags. Those 2 items reduce the cooldown of charge and allow you to get ultiple charges off every fight. That why the hero is broken, its the low cooldowns on his spells.
