Here I thought I was crushing on you bad enough, then you come out with this playlist that makes 'You are so Beautiful' sound so frickin' sinister. Amazing.

I watched as Prince Valerian was talking with one of the nobles. From the corner of my eye, I saw as a young guard emerged from the crowd looking distraught and anxious. I watched him thinking he looked way to young to be a guard, the uniform seemed too big. Something was most definitely off about him. It seemed he was looking for someone. I watched as he looked relieved when he finally locked eyes on Prince Valerian and pulled out a gun. My eyes widened, "Valerian!" I yelled as I ran forward with a surge of adrenaline tackling him to the ground as the gun went off. Agonizing pain tore into my upper thigh as Valerian held me looking at first confused, concerned then furious. I dimly watched as Valerian's guard tackled the boy to the ground. "Tie him up for questioning! Clear the area for me!" He picked me up as I yelped in pain, tears burning my vision. He took me to his room and placed me on the bed clearing the blood off my gaping wound." "They've used a necrotic poison, just as I thought. They wanted a quick death." He opened the cabinet in his room where hundreds of small liquid vials were filled with colorful liquids. He grabbed a violet-colored vile and I watched as he swiftly stuck a needle into it, draining it of some of its substance. The world started to spin and it felt as if my head was full of cotton while my heart started to beat abnormally. He grabbed my wrist and located a vein on my arm before sticking the needle. It seemed like only a few seconds had passed and it already felt that my head and vision were clearing. I sagged against the bed breathing as he propped up my head with a pillow. I watched silently as he cleaned the wound and bandaged it. "Valerian-" I mumbled weakly. "-Fool." "Excuse me?" I asked surprised. "You heard me love, what you did was so foolish and naive. What are you doing taking bullets for vile villains? What were you thinking?" He yelled at me, running a hand through his hair furiously. "I-I-" I wasn't able to say what I wanted to, my heart trembled. I didn't expect this reaction. "You what?" He asked impatiently, "I thought you'd die, I wanted to keep you safe," I replied earnestly. "Me dying? You sure are stupid. I've been poisoned, hunted, and attacked all my life. I would've been fine, love. It was you who almost was killed. And what happened to hating me? What happened to the kind-hearted person who would never aid a wicked enemy prince? You sure are absurd." "I love you, don't you understand? You can call me stupid but I have no regrets, I would do it again in a heartbeat-" I bit back my words shocked by my honesty. I watched him holding my breath as he just stared at me. Then he started laughing, "Oh my goodness. Poor sweet little naive girl, I'm just too good aren't I? How the mighty have fallen." "What do you..mean?" I asked confused. "It's great news to hear that I've charmed you love, it's more than I could have hoped for. At first, I doubted that it would happen but now that you've let me close to you I have access to so much information about the royal family. I even have charmed you into becoming my willing human body shield. This is more than what I could have hoped for, love." My heart thundered in betrayal and disbelief, "Valerian why are you saying these lies? I know you're not the villain you pretend to be. Stop acting like this, you're hurting me." I said my voice quiet and in pain. "Oh sweet little rabbit, can you still not understand that all I did was to use you?" He chuckled giving me a satisfied smile. My heart felt like it was shot and bleeding, slowly in anguish. "So pathetic and sad. Perhaps you should rethink those you decide to self-sacrifice for, love. Just a thought." He left the room with a soft thud. Although he took care of my wound, he left me with a large gaping wound in my heart that I was afraid would never heal.

Just wrote my final scene with this playlist, making my protagonists embrace corruption, and now I feel so accomplished ! Thank you Abbie !

Little story in French sry it's because I am French.. C'était une journée normale pour une collégienne de France. Se lever le matin vers six heures trente, se rincer vite fait, se brosser les dents,s'habiller,préparer son sac, et ne pas manger par manque de temps ou d’appétit. Du moins c'était ma routine,avant de prendre le bus qui m'emmène dans ce collège. J'étais une fille normale, je n'étais pas populaire, j'avais mon groupe d'amies, je m'entendais bien avec tout le monde et je n'avais pas de problème. J'aimais un garçon nommé Michael, c'était le genre de personne populaire,et non ce n'était pas ce garçon que toutes les filles aimaient,c'était juste un garçon populaire et je pense que j'étais la seule fille à l'aimer,ce qui était un avantage. J'avais un père aimant et une mère absente,elle m'a laissée avant de divorcer avec mon père, elle ne voulait pas de moi. Mais ça ne me dérangeais pas j'avais mon père. J'avais une vie assez paisible, comparer à mes amies, ce qui faisait que je n'arrivais pas trop à les comprendre,mais elles se montraient compréhensive. Un jour, suite à un action ou vérité je devais dire à Michael mes sentiments. On n'avait parlé que deux fois! Mais bon je devais lui dire sinon je devais dire à mon père que c'est moi qui ai dépensé toutes ses économies. Je m'avançais vers lui rouge de gêne, il me regardait arriver. -Michael..? Je peux te parler s'il te plaît..?Il me regarda intrigué,avant de faire un sourire moqueur. -Mmm? Je t'écoute, tu veux le chemin du CDI?Dit-il en rigolant. -Non..C'est que..Eh bien..je t'aime, je sais que tu ne me connais peut-être pas,mais voilà. Il commença à rigoler comme si je lui avais fait la blague la plus drôle du monde,je ne dit rien juste gêné par cette situation. Il me regarda de travers de façon à ce que je comprenne que ce n'était pas réciproque,je partit juste la tête baisse sous son rire incessant. Les jours suivant, il ne fit que de se moquer de moi avec ses amis, ils menaçaient mes amies, et il y eu plein d'histoire alors j'ai juste choisi de déménager.
