Dude this Channel is pretty usefull. Also, the way y talk is really clear (im from Spain, sometimes its hard to understand english speakers cause the accent) so It's much easier to understand everything. I just discovered the channel and i suscribed in the same minute tho
In addition to cutting with dental floss, it works wonders when tying food together. And is often oven-proof, the stuff I use is at least Typically use it when I want my wraps or similar foods to stay together when I put them in the oven, cause I cannot do that properly.
Why would you use floss though butcher twine is free at most meat departments I was a butcher for years customers would ask for some all the time we would give them a lil for free
