The "rabbit trail" was worth sharing and hearing. I appreciate your humility and your honesty in sharing your own testimony about realizing how you deserved condemnation but received mercy and love instead. I know that this is what has fueled your ministry all these years. Regarding "You've already got it," this teaching is transforming my mind already. In fact, the Spirit was reminding me of it just days before you began this series and this came just in time to reinforce it. God bless AWMI, from Washington state.
The arrogance you confessed caused me to remember my first year that I allowed Yeshua to become the Lord of my life. I was standing beside my dresser and said to God "you're pretty fortunate to have me, I'm squeaky clean." He IMMEDIATELY responded "it's your reasonable service." I instantly knew He spoke from His Word. I glanced into the dresset's mirror, and I was blushing. tyfs
I agree with you Andrew about not thinking about free will when we get to see God Almighty. Our thoughts or minds will be different from earthly ones. No one sees or meets God's glory and will not have a renewed mind or spirit. Even on earth, my mind is renewed
I think our free will is thoroughly tested here and we come thru to victory to never turn from Him knowing He holds life understanding the truth of life as we have learned in scripture .
Once we meet THE LORD in the sky and we're changed, HIS free will and the fullness of HIS unconditional LOVE becomes ours. Essentially, we are ONE with HIM COMPLETELY. As ONE, we will never make a decision to disobey GOD, and our complete union with GOD. It's the complete fullness of HIS LOVE that steers our free will completely once we're in HEAVEN. As we yield to HIS LOVE on earth, HEAVEN manifests every time we yield.
Great stuff best i ever heard in my 50 years of confusion-Thank you see you a lot sooner I hope than later-God bless love your roller-coster face-God bless you even more-Amen
Of course we'll still have our free will in Heaven. People in hell won't enjoy free will; Life eternal is the Only gift that will not be revoked by God. There will be no more rebellion in a perfect world. In eternity, hell will be the inoculation against sin. After the final judgement, the tempter and his demons will be punished forever. The devil led the 1st rebellion in Heaven. Adam led the second. After the final rebellion in the thousand year reign of Christ, there will be no more sin. No need or desire for it after overcoming our struggles in this realm. There will likely be no place for hope either. All will be fulfilled. Those of us who hear "well done" will bask in the reward of eternity with the Trinity! There will be No sin EVER again. The goal of Jesus's sacrifice will be complete. What an Awesome future lies in store!
