Ik this is an April fools joke but honestly this is the perfect ending to the saga. Binky’s gotten everything he wanted. He has no more problems, nobody to stop him. It’s just him now. But now that he’s on his own, he has nothing to do anymore. No purpose in the ashes of this world. So the only thing he can do now? Join the ashes and put an end to the madness. This is the end for all. One cannot exist without something to live for.

I hesitate to think of this as an April Fool's joke, simply because it fits the actual canon so fucking well

your friends have shown a Bink in the single life

Because of all of the problems in the world, a godlike entity calling themselves "Binky" created a game called "You Gotta Be Kidding" to help solve our issues and bring us all closer together. However, Binky watched as his closest group of friends was slowly torn apart by the game. He tried to ignore it for as long as he could, but then Arthur said that he was having problems with his mother treating him like a baby. Binky, only wanting to help his friend, said "I'll take you place Arthur." And while this did solve the problem, Binky had gotten his first taste of raw power over others. Craving more power, he blindly inserted himself into Arthur's life, much to the dismay of Arthur's father. Catching on to what was happening, he tried to stop Binky and return things to normal. However, this effort proved futile, as Binky used his godlike abilities to cast Arthur's dad into a pocket dimension, where the only words he could manage to speak were simply "Help me". A few months later, Buster accused him of stealing a joke from his school project and used "You've gotta be Kidding" to seek advise. While some were trying to help him, Arthur, remembering the events from months before, warned Buster about Binky's powers, telling him "He will take more than just your joke Buster". Buster however, ignored the warnings, an action that would cost him dearly. A few days after this, Binky, who had caught on to Buster's actions, stole his identity and began to make several incriminating purchases under his name. Buster found out about this and once again turned to "You've Gotta Be Kidding" to seek advise. This time however, the responses he got were different. Having witnessed the true power of Binky and fearing for their lives, Buster's friends told him that he should be more careful about how he spends his money and then telling him that "It's just a joke, get over it", referring to the stolen joke that got Buster in this mess. Arthur however was aware of what Binky had done and just how much danger Buster was in and, with nothing left to lose, told Buster that he needed to get out of here. Buster had now caught onto what was happening and tried to flee, but Binky interceped him and consumed his soul, hijacked his account and said simply, "Don't worry. There is no problem." Buster's friends, hoping to avoid the same fate as Buster, either congratulated Binky or feigned ignorance. But Binky, now corrupted with power, wasn't content to just let Buster die. To prevent Arthur from meddling in his plans again, he fused Buster's and Arthur's soul together, creating a horrific monster in constant agony. While this was going on, Brain, wanting to help D.W. in this trying time, moved in with her and her mother. Things were normal for a while, until D.W. saw a monster (Arthur's and Buster's fused souls) and tried to tell him about it. But trying to play along with the current state of the world and unaware of Arthur's fate, he ignored her concerns and reached out on "You've Gotta Be Kidding" for answers. While D.W.'s dad, still in Binky's pocket dimension, tried to tell Brain what happened, many of the people on the site, now either under Binky's control or in fear, downplayed the severity of D.W.'s claims, thinking that she was referring to Binky. However, D.W., having come into contact with her brother's soul again, insisted that she wasn't lying and said that it was "Too late for us" (hinting that she knew that Binky was aware of her contact with her brother's soul). Brain, once again, turned to "You've Gotta Be Kidding" for help. Muffy tried to warn him about the danger he was in, but Binky had already figured out what was happening. Brain and D.W. were now Binky's number one targets. Scared, Brain did the only thing that he could think of: reach out for help on "You've Gotta Be Kidding". Binky told Brain that he had sealed his fate. He told him of his plans to end the world "the way it should end". But being as cruel as he was, Binky wasn't content to just let Brain die with the rest of the world. Binky, in an instant, pushed Brain into another pocket dimension, where he was doomed to be tortured by Binky for all eternity. After an unspecified amount of time (then again, how much time had passed didn't really matter), Binky found himself the only living creature left on Earth. He had long since consumed the souls of everyone on Earth, and had only grown in power. But now, he was alone. There were no more problems. Just how he had wanted it to be. But then, Binky found himself in trouble. He hadn't thought this far ahead. He was so preoccupied with the present that he forgot to think about what would happen after he established his Utopia. Suddenly Binky had a problem. But he was a god destined to solve other's problems. He had created a world where problems didn't exist. And yet, there was a problem. That's when Binky came to the realization that no matter what, no matter who, when or where, there would always be problems. This created a paradox in the universe. And because the universe thinks like a computer, this needed to be resolved. In an instant, Binky was vaporized from existence, along with almost everything else, leaving nothing but a dark void in it's place. The Great Binky had finally fallen and with that, his reign of terror had finally ceased.

I like how "I am so fucking happy" as one of the tips contrasts the "I am so fucking mad" tip from arthur's dad in the first episode

Even if it's a april fools joke I know its gonna be hilarious

Honestly I want another one where binky isnt there and the rest of the shows cast feels there is something deeply wrong and then start all morphing into Binky and Binky talking about how this universe will serve him better.

This is hilarious but it makes the series even darker. This shows how far Binky has deluded himself into believing he is all he needs, and that someday he may find himself as someone who can't interact with anything. This also shows Binky's descent into madness as the series goes on, making this video even more oddly terrifying, and an example of talking with yourself until you cease to exist.

Binky, realizing that problems are a needed part of existance, knows what must be done With one swift hand motion, the universe is reborn. "Whats the problem, Arthur?"

There better be one more sequel to ultimately end this storyline and bring Arthur’s world back to normal.

It was at this moment…this particular frame of time…this specific scene in the play…this specific shot in the film, the animation, the universe, that Binky realized his price. Believing that humanity and all of life was doomed due to their constant obsession and never ending loop of problems, Binky sought what no one dared to achieve…a solution. In the end, his desire left him in a state of being he had not felt before. He felt…alone. He felt a sense of despair. But he made this choice. And yet…he was bored. Lonely. Isolated from existence. He would later walk the five stages of grief. Denial. Anger. Bargaining. Sadness. And finally, acceptance. The only life to experience was through a complicated web of problems. Chain reactions that brought both a sense of grief in every way, and yet also brought happiness. It wasn’t that he ceased to exist after the shot. He existed. But all that brought him joy didn’t. It was this, that made Binky decide to close the book, and write anew.

I know this is all a joke, but I honestly feel like this touches upon some interesting philosophical and psychological discussions.

Wait, was the whole series setting up for an April Fools joke or is this not really the end? I’m genuinely not sure which conclusion is supposed to be what I take away from this. Either way this is actually kind of haunting

So here's the story that I gather from all of the You've Gotta Be Kidding! main videos and bonus videos, as well as how each character fits into it (edited from my comment in the last video). Binky's an all-powerful deity hiding out in Elwood City as an average kid, but he secretly has plans to absorb everyone on Earth into a hive mind consisting only of himself. He didn't put his plan into action until he saw how frequently his classmates used the You've Gotta Be Kidding game to settle their disputes. He took advantage of that by inserting himself into Arthur's family and tearing it apart from the inside, ousting Arthur's dad and ruining his life, gaining the trust of his mom, and leaving Arthur in a vulnerable emotional state. He also did the same thing to Muffy previously, although it's unclear why he chose to target them specifically. His goal with doing this was probably to indoctrinate them into joining his cult and aiding in his plan. He succeeded in doing so with Muffy, which explains why her advice for Arthur's problem was to always do what his mom tells him, and to have a serious discussion with her once she started sleeping with Binky (probably because Arthur's mom also fell victim to Binky's brainwashing). However, he didn't succeed with Arthur, so because of Arthur's resistance, Binky then decided to target someone else close to Arthur to mess with him (Buster). Francine wasn't involved in any part of Binky's plan, she just has twisted ideas regarding who could sleep with Arthur's mom. In the second video, Binky starts targeting Buster through small acts of aggression like stealing his jokes. Arthur's mom is trying to give Buster tips that discourage him, such as "You're not going to feel better" and "The athorities can't help you now", indicating that she's trying to throw him off Binky's trail. Muffy is also doing the same, telling Buster to let Binky have the joke so he doesn't anger Binky, as well as discrediting his claim of identity theft. However, Arthur knows what Binky is capable of after almost getting indoctrinated into his cult, and tries to warn Buster about Binky in a more urgent and sympathetic matter than his mom and Muffy. Binky then steals Buster's identity, both to make it so that the government won't notice if something bad suddenly happens to Buster, and to put Arthur in a more vulnerable and defensive position. Eventually, after seeing Arthur's influence in the You've Gotta Be Kidding game, he hacks into the game and takes it over so that Buster can't post his problems in it anymore and he can assure the rest of his classmates not to worry. He uses his deity powers to combine Arthur and Buster's bodies in a cruel act of punishment for Arthur not joining him, only letting them comment in the game just to express their pain. At this point, Arthur's mom also breaks away from the delusion by saying "What have you done", indicating that she knows what Binky did to her son and doesn't approve of it. Fern also wasn't involved in Binky's plan, and was just being a jerk about her answers to Buster. By the final video, Binky has already cruelly done away with Arthur and Buster, and it's unsure what happened to Arthur's mom. Now he can move forward with his plan of turning everyone on Earth into a Binky hive mind since no one else is standing in his way. The only one left in Arthur's family is DW. Binky didn't initially prioritize her in his plan, but after she's witnessed how her family fell apart, she's convinced Binky is a monster and desperately tries to warn everyone before Binky does something to her. When Brain hears her claims, he makes the mistake of using the You've Gotta Be Kidding game to discredit DW. Since Binky hijacked the site and all his classmates saw what happened to Arthur and Buster, none of them use it anymore except his pawn, Muffy, and the teachers are only using it to try and be relatable with their students (this reasoning extends to Brain as well since he acts older than he is and probably latches onto trends later than others). Arthur's dad, now ousted from the family and bearing no importance, probably hears about DW's worries and tries to subtly tell Brain about Binky without giving himself away. Muffy is trying to warn Brain to stay out of Binky's way, though unlike Arthur, she's still convinced of his ultimate plan and isn't trying to get him help. Mr. Ratburn doesn't seem involved and is just trying to instill his teachings into the situation. However, the stance the librarian takes is interesting. She urges Brain to seek out more "knowledge" about the situation, and then insists that it's not too late, that it's only the beginning, and that DW will see. She's most likely involved with Binky's cult, though it's unclear how Binky got to her or whether she's trying to protect Brain or not. Unfortunately for Brain, he goes in too deep, and angers Binky. Binky reveals that he's going to bring an end to life on Earth, but that he'll also give Brain a special punishment (he probably ate him at the end of the video, or put him into an empty hellish wasteland). Captions appear at the end of third the video that say "A celebration will be had atop the 12 steps. We will be happy." This is the method in which Binky is going to end the world. I also put together some clues from the bonus videos "Arthur is ending" and "What a wonderful kind of day". The 12 steps represents the treehouse that appears at the end of "What a wonderful kind of day". Since the goal of the You've Gotta Be Kidding game is to climb the tree, the treehouse is the place atop the 12 steps that it takes to get there, and each question in each of the You've Gotta Be Kidding videos represents a step to get to the top of the treehouse. Seeing as how "Arthur is ending" included the You've Gotta Be Kidding game with everything empty except for Binky saying "I will remain", that is an indication that Binky plans to absorbing everyone on Earth into his hive mind so that he's the only one left. Also, in the "What a wonderful kind of day" video, he is seen growing enormous and overtaking everything around him, which is his method of enacting this plan. After the third video, he and his followers, which include Muffy (and possibly the Librarian), engage in a cult-like ritual, where Binky makes himself grow larger than the size of Earth, and when Binky says "We will be happy," he means he's gonna kill all his followers as he absorbs them into his hive mind. In this final video, Binky has successfully eradicated Earth of all its inhabitants, leaving only himself. With nothing left to do, he continues the You've Gotta Be Kidding game as a means of engaging in conversation with the other voices in his hive mind to avoid loneliness. However, after a denial of any problems, he realizes that now that his plan is complete, he has no reason to continue existing. This realization is what causes his hive mind to collapse upon itself, killing him and everyone he took over, leaving nothing left. The description of the last video sums up how his plan failed pretty well: "Ah yes...this is the end . Perhaps this is how it was meant to be. Really, Binky should have seen this coming. In the end, his ego melted away his wings. Landing himself in a hell of his own creation. Fault, only his own. Only himself to blame. Only himself to shun. Loud the screams become, burning into her mind. Screaming into the mirror that reflects her nightmare, forever." The her in this statement is probably DW, as she witnessed everyone around her get absorbed into the Binky hive mind, and was traumatized with that image before being absorbed herself. So I guess the lesson here is that if you're an all-powerful deity, your ability to manipulate and exterminate everyone around you will only lead to your downfall.

Binky's internal monologue after he becomes god and destroys the mortal realm causing him to go into a deep state of denial, isolation, and crippling existentialism: *now* *what?*

I hope the next one is just everyone freaking out over being dead and brought back life again while Binky is just "now the problems can continue and thus my existence". Then the series continues with Binky going to progressively extreme, absurd and convoluted lengths to create problems to be solved by the others. Eventually it becomes apparent to Binky a singularity is occurring around himself as no matter how many problems or how difficult they are to solve, the other always solve them perfectly which causes Binky to have an existential crisis as the world itself turns on Binky as a nightmare folding on itself to consume him. His end is inevitable. He wasn't the all powerful one at all. He was simply a mortal victim with a better vantage point of his demise than most.
