Avocado 2 pcs.
Scoop the flesh out of the avocado with a spoon.
Be careful not to damage the skin of the avocado.
Mash the flesh of the avocado.
4 eggs.
Separate the egg white from the yolk.
Add egg white to avocado.
Mix well.
Cheese 50 gr.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Be sure to try this recipe!
Add the resulting filling.
Pour the filling into the avocado.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
Make a small indentation.
Add egg yolk.
