There’s a kind of mushroom in Vietnam and we call it Snow Mushroom. It is clear and white and we use it to make slightly sweet desert. My mom made the dessert and I add some ice, so good!!!
Somewhere in between? I would get upset, but getting depressed won't do anything. I see what I can learn from the situation, and also put in effort to carefully and kindly explain the mistake to whoever served me.
