Don't kick him out! Fried & chips are a food loved by many around the world & Southern fried fish (catfish) is an American Cuisine classic and some restaurants offer All you Can Eat fish and chips, seafood buffets, and AYCE catfish! PLUS I caught a 50LB Catfish Noodling (watch and see). Today we are in the Dallas Texas area seeing if this really is an All You Can Eat Fish Buffet, or if we will get cut off at this all you can eat or kicked out of this buffet (hopefully not). This fried fish (catfish) was a white fish served with a side off your choice and was only $15.99 which is an amazing deal! In addition, tartar sauce, lemon, ketchup and hot sauce like Louisiana hot sauce) was available.. Will we beat the buffet, or will this endless seafood and claimed unlimited seafood come to a quick stop? See how these compare to our English fish & chip experiences!

@@xdatgirlnayx The fillets dont have skin . Its all Farm Raised . The Nuggetts have skin which is the cheap part. But the Cheapest fish is Tilapia farmed raised in SE Asiain . Tilapia in the wild eat Mosquito Larvae . But unless you happen to find Gulf Fish like Snapper Catfish isnt cheap . Its $8 to $10 per lb . the nuggetts are much cheaper.

I live one mile from a catfish farm in southwest Louisiana, which is owned by a friend of mine. His ponds are “fish out,” which means anyone can come and fish. When you get through fishing you take your catch to the office where they weigh it and charge so much a pound live weight. They will clean it and bag it for you (it costs twenty cents a pound more) or you can take it home and clean it yourself. I keep catfish in my freezer at all times. What you are eating looks absolutely amazing and you did a spectacular job as always! Kudos, my friend.

Catfish? LEMON, BABY!!! I LOVE the fish with just lemon. SOMETIMES, I will use tartar sauce, but mostly lemon...and the hot sauces (Tobasco and Louisiana +ketchup, that's the way!!! Awesome!) Years ago I went to Detroit (from Canada) for a long weekend technical seminar, and the fist night I had catfish with deep-fried just like Joel is eating . It has a different texture to other fish. Not flakey like perch or most others you're used to. If I had to compare it to something, It's like a soft lobster. It also has a stronger flavor. Either you'll love it or hate it. Ive met both types of people. I personally love it. Have ate it since I was a little kid.

I have always eaten Tabasco and have never loved it. Did a taste test a couple years ago of about 10...Crystal is my favorite as well.

Please do a 'Joel does Go Pro' series. When you go to do challenges, have locals take you to the spots their towns are famous for, or do stuff like this. Randy went to Cumberland Falls, which is what my town is famous for. It has one of 2 moonbows in the entire world and is nicknamed Little Niagra. I loved watching you noodling!!!
