I enjoy your videos! I believe my biggest struggle was always what tools to use when trying to get those looks or what tools get me there without breaking my image.😊 you show that!
Thanks Qazi. This is a great way of organising stills. I too have fallen into the trap of trying to over-categorise clips, folders in folders in folders ....
Qazi , you dropped a bombshell tutorial ! We are talking here about serious fundamentals that should come to the mind of colorists ! Man i want to share something with you as you are a youtube colorist tutor .I think the need now is to get people how achieve things by practical example videos like this .its like, you mentioned the technique , but yet had many practical examples in front of us for different looks which i enjoy watching how we could possibly achieve them by primary wheels or other tools as well which could be very intersting and really helping for solidifying information for us . Im definitely waiting for the how to get the music video look by hsl s you mentioned, and im telling you ! these videos are good for beginners and New beginners who discovered the channel , yet for intermediate to people like me who want refreshers or know all the tricks but lack practice and experience . Im always enjoying you videos, your style , im hooked up to the channel ! maybe as another suggestion as well And demand qazi .Your early look recreation videos where flying gems , its always a good idea now that we grew with your channel, to still have more interesting approach on how to analyse, steal and replicate footage grading . The knowledge now is becoming dull on youtube and the algorithm dosnt prioritize old footage that you guys been makking in the eraly times. Now tutorials are talking about same principles like bleach bypass split toning etc halation , but what are the nuance we can achieve from these basic concepts ! Like we know stuff !! but we want to see things done in front of us like a laboratory , and save the nuances in our repertoire , thanks qazi ! By the way im saving extra money to get your toolkit 👌
Great video! Do you have one that explains the process of comparing the two shots in Davinci? I've added the stills as power grades, but I am getting stuck at the best way to compare my clip to the downloaded stills. Thanks!
hey qazi, when you do a tutorial like this, it seems very easy while you doing it, when i try to do the same , i get confused, whether to look onto scopes for matching or just the image, and how to pick the right reference image for my project ? please reply
Hey bro, thanks for another bomb! Love it. As for grading, I'm planning to get a TV or monitor. Should I go for a 45” or 55” LG OLED, or a 32” Asus ProArt?
Great video! Have you ever done a video about the characteristics of the different LOG profiles? I recently switched from Blackmagic to Panasonic and it feels like V log responds a lot differently to grading than Blackmagic log did.
Hi Waqaz, Love From India🇮🇳 How You Doin?I Really Like Your Videos How You Pop The Image And Separate It From The Background. I Learned The Davinci And Color Grading Because Of Your Videos Thanku So Much.I Got Better In Grading Gameplay Videos But Still Not Catching The Talking Head Grade. How You Grade Your Talking Head Video. If You'll Make Next Video In It That Will Be Very Helpful And Pls Without Using CST Cause Many Beginners Record Their Videos In Android Mobile And There's Nothing To Tranform For This In Davinci Resolve.😅
