I got with a girl who later we found was pregnant from a previous guy right before I asked her out. I stayed knowing he wasn't mine, everyone calls me stupid and I'm throwing my life away. But that moment he was born I cried my eyes out, my son you may not be my bio son but you will always be my baby boy. I love you more than my own life and I have never once regretted staying to get the chance to be your father, I look forward to hearing you call me dad. Dont give up brotha.. You are in your right to be in your son's life. The courts see many deadbeat dads. They love to see a dad wanting and fighting to be in his child or children's life. Your post was from 6 months ago, I hope your situation in this matter worked out.

I wish all Dads felt this way. I'm not headed into detail here, I just know for my little boy, I'll never leave him alone the way my dad did to me. He was there when it was easy but the second it got hard, the second I lost my way and needed help he wasn't here for me. Currently grieving my dad and 2 sister, I'll never truly know if I ever meant something to any of them. I'll do better for my little one though, guardian angel "my mom" will be what guides this beautiful journey to fatherhood along side my amazing wife! Love your kids guys, don't ever make them feel less of a person!

I feel you brother I'm one of 7 I'm the 6th long story short my dad had us spread out here and there with different woman, I knew my dad well but he only raised the first 2 of us the last 5 were all raised in different ways I and my sister grew up up with our moms parents, I will never do that to my son, I'll always be there for him

Just became a father a year ago. His first word was daddy. My son means more to me then life itself. On April 29th 2023 he turned a year old. I’m so happy to be a father. I will always protect, encourage, and love my boy. I see big things ahead for him and he will have a father that no matter what will stand beside him every step of the way.

Damn this song is amazing I remember when all my kids were born I wasn't at my daughter's birth, she came a week early. I raced to the hospital to meet her. She will be 7, when my oldest son was born I was nervous being in the operating room when he was born. After he was born crying and being cleaned by the nurses. I held my son and brought him to his mother's side, she cried knowing he was there. Then my youngest came along he was a surprise. Having my 2 kids meet their baby brother. They are growing so fast they will be 3 5 and 7. I never ran away I've been their since day 1. I will never leave them, I'll be their for every step they will ever take in life.

I've lost so many friends and family this year. Their death felt like a curse. Then I got my son, within a week I saw him smile. All the sorrow in my heart went away. Even though he is only 2 weeks old. Everytime I look at him. I feel like everyone in lost are looking down and smile. Amazing song.

Dear Omega, firstly my deepest sympathy on your terrible loss. I have never experienced the heartache that you must still go through. My heart and sympathy are with you and all within your family who I am sure your son was so near and dear to. Why is life so painful for the rest of our lives? I do not know why this is so Omega. Mothers don't know how they Hurt their son by keeping farthers away. Children need Both parrents to grow up with in a safe environment without struggles or fightings in court. Don't they see it hurts nog only mom and dad but importantly ,it hurts their children for life. They will be marked for the rest of their life. So stop! And look at you child ,try to think what they think of remember you own childhood what if something then was now. I am the father I always wished I had. My dad lived blocks away an yet he never made an effort and I ALWAYS did everything to impress him and to be around him. All he was did was abuse me mentally and physically. I still loved him so much and looked at him like he was Superman. Thanks dad for making me the man I am today

I haven't seen my son since about 4 years ago he moved to another state but my grandma who recently passed away from covid told me that he's my twin and that eventually he's gonna find out the truth. I think about him everyday and I'm preparing myself for that moment
