The conscious mind plants the seed. The subconscious mind employs the instinctual Life Force to bring it to fruition. The subconscious mind is ever full of seeds. Will it grow flowers of inspiration, or grow weeds of desperation? Only the gardener knows. What the living fire of conscious attention dwells on today, we dwell in tomorrow. We live in a word built Uni-verse (unified verses = narrative). Abracadabra = As I speak So I create. Words are the smallest atomic unit of narratives. The Word of Truth (Logos) is ever faithful (loyal, true, isomorphic) to Reality/Life (That which is/That I am). When experience contains awareness there is chaos, bondage, reaction. When awareness contains experience there is order, Sovereignty, response. To actualize potential: Dream it, Feel it, Do it.
I don’t believe this video. It’s way out of character as well as everything else that looks to be unleveled and in disarray. Something’s missing and they keep avoiding the issues around it. Why is that?
If you're avoidant, you most likely have said to family members who had a major role in your childhood: "You only accepted me or liked me when I was happy/obedient/emotionless." This one simple statement fits with ALL the core symptoms of avoidant attachment: 1. Being overly self-reliant (and in doing so, you hide your needs, emotions, problems, and acute illnesses) 2. Pushing down anger until it explodes and manufactures the boundaries you crave but can't always ask for 3. Not wanting to burden others with your problems 4. Wanting to fix your own issues to avoid looking incompetent or even getting bullied and teased 5. Numbing out emotions with self-soothing behaviors that are either totally unhealthy or pseudo-healthy (like getting addicted to working out and healthy eating)
This statement, placed here in the comment section, nestled between those who have been, and those who come after, aligns not only with common practices of modern societal digal engagement but vividly enshrines a transformative set of words which by themselves have a narrow scope of affect isolated within the sphere of their elemental definitions, but when arranged in a specific and purposeful order work in harmony to create a narrative forged from within a consciousness lured by the very idea that an abundance of satisfaction is to be achieved in the refinement of understanding its subject.
According to Freud who propounded the theory of conciousnes later used by Jung one cannot access one's sub-concious or as this video suggests use the information there. I AM is half the name given to God by Moses in reference to his Omnipotence and immortality. Ask and you shall recieve is wonderful but the proponent of this was Jesus and millions s have gone beyond prayer but have cried for his return. Therefore as is clear these ideas of claiming the Universe etc do not and cannot work. The universe is vast beyond human comprehension it is not within as many off track propound. My suggestion is love your neighbour as you love yourself for together with this mindset we can create healthier societies.
Be aware, my friend, as you 'assess' your self circumstantially, particularly while deeply reviewing either likely or potential causes of your life, so far, that have sown seeds in your 'psyche' now sprouted to effects of detriment for you ... Realize open, sensitive introspection that is laden with pain 'tags' you as if you are a wounded, bleeding fish ... predators will pick up your 'scent'. Be mindful 'where you swim' & 'who you swim with'. Explore cognitive-behavioral therapy. Possibly, you can research psychotropic meds. I do not suggest these as an 'advocate'. I suggest them because you 'sound' as if you need to alter your patterns. I am not offering medical advice. But I am telling you something you've almost assuredly heard before: There is only one person you can change. Review your social-life. Review your habits. Discreetly, definitively stop spending time with anything that does not 'nourish' you, your life. Replace em, one-by-one, with 'nourishment'. These changes are not quick nor easy; however, the fact you so openly typed what you've expressed leads me to believe changes are necessary. But, also, the fact you've openly expreseed what you have typed lets you know that you should not stew, any longer, in these ingredients.
Two words are said, but the important part is the shifting of the mindset. Easily said, yet in the thick if it, sometimes a struggle to attain. One can say the words all dang day, but if your mindset isn't there, you are not doing anything but still getting/attracting where your vibration is. Understand this. Words are powerful yet the intention and vibration of you is the magic and the actual part that makes this happen. Please tell that truth. You are only explaining half of the story. Not the full truth. Vibration is the key. We are energy which IS vibration. I'm sorry but this to me is empty b.s. unless you explain/show/tell examples of the shift of mental state and the vibrations of thought having a huge impact on your manifestation.
Can't hurt to try. My mind is different but I don't see why it wouldn't work. I remember wishing I didn't have to work. A stroke in 2017 later my wishing came true. Tbc I've been really lucky but doing the same physical work is out the question. Frustrating but I try and concentrate on what I should be grateful for.

I had heard it on social media that "I AM " only opens the Lowest frequency chakra rather "I UNDERSTAND" opens the most frequency chakra is that true? @Sehnend
You can't ignore the lower chakras and only work on the higher ones especially the ones above us, nor can you ignore the higher ones and only work on the lower ones. Both are part of us, both are us. If you ignore one or the other you aren't whole, you will remain divided in one self and as long as divided the spirit will not be whole. I'm not christan but I venarat Jesus. One of the most powerful lessons he taught us and the most misunderstood is his words, I am that, I am. We have in each of us both the Devine Feminine and the Devine Masculine, we don't need to look outside of us to some old man in the sky we have that within us and there are the others from source without us we are Devine. As within, so without. The Devin is both in us ( for lack of a better way to say this even though I know it will make some mad about it) we are source, we are, now this is the part that makes people mad we are creating and creation, we are the same thing and power that others relate only to a old man in the sky. At the same time we are surrounded by the same. We are source, and source is everything. In my ways everything has a soul even rocks, these souls are not just like ours, ours are not just like theirs, but all is from source, even the Gods and Goddesses come from source, because they came from us. We created them, we gave them power, but it was also us that gave them power over us. This is not how it was or is supposed to be. They are like us we each have our own divinity. They can help us and be a guide to us but they are part of us as we are them. There is much in this world that we knew long ago and have forgotten. You talked about the chakras are male and female, one as our spirit grows rises through our lowest chakra and unlocks it and moves upwards unlocking each as it goes, but this also means work on ourselves and spirit, unlocking each one can be painful because we must deal with everything blocking it and that can be painful, because it often means facing things we don't wish to face, but is necessary to clear out, to release what no longer serves your soul. Eventually if we let it it goes up to the chakras above us in the higher plains, but if we ignore the lower ones they can become blocked again and cut us off from the higher plains. I will give you a warning though be prepared weather it be a Kundalini awakening or a major spiritual awakening, it can knock you on your butt especially if you aren't expecting it. Spirit may be ready but it doesn't give warning and it hits your nervous system like a hot electric wire. It's like anything else you connect to in the higher realms, your nervous system has to get used to it, get built up and redone. So as you Walk your true hearts path take each step, each lesson deep inside you. Learning to visualize can also be a help along your path as well. No matter what never starve spirit and never close yourself off from it, and always keep it grounded and attached to Mother Earth.
