She's so hard on herself. The video was really good. Was something new and original. She focused on all the small things that no one noticed. I'm pretty sure haters noticed and got to her. I hope she knows that her videos bring a lot of people joy. And haters will be haters... That's what they do.
Am I the only one thinking that if she lined the watermelon in hard chocolate, or swirled red and white chocolate.. it would have even been better! And add a few choc dipped strawberries in the bottom! You would never know I can't stand watermelon.. and chocolate is NOT on my fav foods list hahah! I just thought it would be cute! Wonderful video! She has such good ideas!
@_Viol3ts Wasn't saying that they are not popular anymore it's nothing new. My own mother did all kinds of dishes of art with fruit back in the 70's. Our generation grew up around it. There was no sm around at the time. Thank God for that too.
When my son was young I would cut a large watermelon in half scoop out all the fruit and then cut up cantaloupe honeydew strawberries pineapple grapes whatever fruit I got from the store that day and pour it all back into the watermelon half. He would take the whole thing out of the refrigerator set it in his lap in front of the TV and just eat straight out of it. He is now 27 and still does the exact same thing LOL
Im super allergic to melon so water melon season is always terrifying for me. Did you know that the add melon as a hydrating ingredient in a lot of conditioners but label it as something else? I figured that out the hard way

My favorite watermelon tip… did you know watermelon will last FOR MONTHS if you don’t refrigerate them? I buy a dozen at a time and place in the coolest, darkest room in the house - guest bedroom closet. 2 days before I need it, pop it in the fridge. When the temp drops below a certain degree, magic happens and there’s a conversion to sugar. I’ve bought in July and still had mid-October and they were just as good as when new. I’ve been doing this for years. Since I lived in a farm town and a watermelon farmer told me to do this. 🍉 ❤

My older brothers bday is the 4th of July and a few years ago my grandma made one of these but made it look like a shark it was really cool and now he is graduating high school and my grandma may make it again for his grad party! Also I went to a baby shower it was my great aunts sons wife Ik that’s confusing haha they made the watermelon look like a baby with a baby Carige it was the cutest!
