Anger is like a blazing fire that consumes the one who fuels it, yet it can also illuminate the path to truth and resolution.

I do owe it to myself and the will of God. To control my emotions. A loose tongue is more dangerous than a city that's surrounded by the enemy. To bridle what comes out of your mouth. An that a man that is quick to anger is a disgrace unto his raising. A man who bridles his tongue during anger. Is that of a wise king who sets on the throne. An is a Treasure unto himself. More valuable than precious stones.

@@stoickingdom2024 As far as a love life goes, it's pretty much nonexistent at this point due to the fact that my epilepsy has scared 'em all away, but it's no biggie. If someone doesn't have the emotional fortitude to simply care for their partner during their struggles, then they weren't the one to begin with. As far as anger and realizing it's nature had, once I realized it all; I simply dropped off it as I would with the week's trash. There is too much hatred and negativity in this world, and not enough time to embrace the fleeting moments that truly matter; such as having a conversation with an old friend or taking your dog out for a walk. Live in the present, and the past could never haunt you.

If you can Harness it to your benefit but thinking from a Place of Feeling/emotion Might not be the same Decisions you would have made when in a Clam /Peaceful Mind..so if you are Angered Definitely use it to your Advantage but coming to God First and Using Critical thinking would probably be The Best go to (imho)
