_ 100 ml of water.
_ 400 gr of kiwi or strawberries.
_ 60 g of sugar.
Second layer:
_ 500 ml of milk.
_ 90 g of sugar.
_ A sachet of vanilla.
_ 2 eggs.
_ 50 g of soft wheat flour.
_ 80 g of butter.
_ 100 ml of already sweetened cream.
For the glaze:
_ 200 g of sugar.
_ 100 ml of water.
_ 100 ml of unsweetened whipping cream.
_ 200 g of white chocolate.
_ A teaspoon of orange flavor (you can use the flavor you want)
_ 40 ml of water.
_ 13 g of agar agar or 5 leaves of gelatine.
