You Will NEVER Look At A Noodle The Same Way Again! 

I don't usually leave a comment.. yes, it doesn't matter. I have an epiphany last week when one of my fur babies got sick. I was sad, had a cold feeling inside my heart, and thinking that he wouldn't survive. but then I took a step back and said "wait a minute.. it's just a feeling, I can choose the outcome for I am source of it all". then I was inspired to pray with my rosaries. then something happened. his fever died down, he started to groom himself again and ask for food! he is as healthy as he is before now.. and now I know.. I can feel and think of something but that doesn't mean it's final. I can choose the meaning of it and come back to I AM.

I decided for myself…no matter what I say, do, react, think…it doesn’t change ONE THING that I am the identity I chose now. Even if something unpleasant is there, it is a piece of evolving, of unfolding, of part. But can not delay, destroy, whatever. And I have to do nothing. Yes so helpful 😊 I actually practiced this a few days ago when I got an unwanted phone call and instead of getting angry and reacting I said ok, thank you with a sweet voice. And it made me feel good. I know this is something old so why argue with a ghost?

I've just cried because of a repeating failure, and knowing I have burned again my last fund for business. I closed my laptop while crying and meditating on my feelings. I told myself, I don't know what to do anymore. I've decided I would work hard to earn for the dreams I have for myself,.my family, and to help other people, but despite all the hard work, I keep on failing. My heart wished for a sign from the universe, for me to have the strength to get back up again. Because I keep getting signs when I don't ask for it, as if telling me to keep going to what I am working on. And it happened a lot of times already for the same scenario ---failure with the work I am doing right now. After every failure, I keep asking why I would keep getting signs for me to continue with it when I would fail at it again. I wept my tears. Then I felt like eating the cup noodles I've been postphoning to eat. I went back to the room, put the noodles on my work table, and thought of watching your videos. And as you know already, I saw the title of your video. I really laughed. 😄

We let videos of other people's journey is limiting us. Find ur way. Release that fear. Be still and know that I am. When fear or doubt kick in and ur mind say oh this isn't working or it's not happening fast enough that's fear. Keep the faith. Resistance has to break I am God I can overcome Resistance, fear ,doubt all that low vibrational thinking. I am God what I say and feel will happen.

I don't know if anyone will see this comment but my dad passed away about a month ago. In my heart I don't believe it. I keep thinking of calling him and I want to pick a reality in which he is still here. I just want my dad. I don't know how to do it but I just don't feel like he's gone in my heart. Is this just denial or can I change my reality to have him here?

The reason that fixing ourselves doesn't work is because everything is fixed and so nothing can be changed. Also, of course, because nothing is broken. We are not broken, our connection to others isn't broken, things aren't broken. Fixing is futile because it cannot be done! We can only choose something else; another meaning we can give, and another way to look at things or circumstances. That's what helps me, remembering that everything is solid, or already done. This means I don't need to bother about changing anything whether within or 'outside' of myself, it cannot be done. All I gotta do is choose differently and that's done internally. It's an internal decision and that's why it has an immediate effect. Repeating my 'new' choices is helpful as it allows my body and nervous system to relax into the knowing that I now have chosen otherwise. And we really only relax into the perspectives that are of loving nature, because that is our nature. Our feelings are our guiding angels :)

I have this thing, when i am disagreeing with people at work, i déclare that i am in passive résistance. Meaning that i won't deal with it until i judge it more appropriate. It works well! Now i realise i must do it with all of 3D when i dislike it. For example, SP was acting so weird on satuerday, it made me a bit sad on sunday. Now, i should have passively react to it, like with my colleagues. But i should stop calling it "résistance" maybe just "passive action" instead. Thank you Rose!

i know all these as theory but in reality i realise that i always start to panick when something keeps happening that i don’t want no matter that i chose sg else so how do i stop this panicking? it does not matter if i accept how i feel or telling myself it means nothing cos i already chose sg different the tension in my body is not leaving and it is ruining my days

Stop doing, stop everything, do nothing, just sounds so limiting. What if I want to do everything? Should I not because of this limiting belief?

Wow just came across your page and I LOVE your energy and delivery! I'd love to know and it's something I don't really see teachers talk about is that if we have a desire and that means it's divine because we're desiring it so it's meant for us but is that still the case if you desire a person who is with someone else? I see some teachers say just ignore the 3rd party and pretend they don't exist! But what if they have children together, you can't just pretend they don't exist then? Or what about people who desire to do horrible things in life such as absue or murder etc. Don't mean to come on here with a negative question it's just whenever I see teachers saying it's already yours I always see people come back with the same things in the comments that a) it's not right to desire someone that already belongs to someone else or b) they use an extreme example and say something like well if everything we desire is divine what about people who desire to do terrible things like war, evil etc. I'd love clarity on this if at all possible. Sending you all the love and I am currently binge watching all your content! Em xx
