as a VIP 10, I do not think my account is “better” my CI is a lot more spread out than it probably should be, but because it’s several years old it doesn’t have the same problems. guild tech is totally maxed, the island is maxed for the good and evil statues, loads of skins and frames to give heroes enormous boosts, every starspawn and a lot of them at high levels, and a very deep roster of e5s to the point that I’m just trying to complete the pokedex. the only things I’m behind on are cores of origin, the ormus workshop stuff to make a 3rd splendid DB, tree of origin, and I’m currently 2 trans heroes behind, and I will be 3 behind when the next one gets released in a few months. so I’d say behind in some places, ahead in others as someone approaching VIP 11 as a spender, but wouldn’t consider myself a whale
