There’s an obituary about him on social media. He died in 2020 just before his 86 year birthday by four days He comes across as a very well respected person who had plenty of friends. His bungalow is just amazing RIP David Friend

The "mini" ironing board is usually called a sleeve or collar board. The CCTV could be because he had a gun in the house, and what you called a ladies bag is for binoculars.

A lot of memories left behind what a shame no one has come to collect all the stuff from that house just left to rot away and then get knocked down but was the rifle stolen it could of been handed in

22:14 “Flies” lures for fly fishing. Each fly has a name, indicating the type of bug it’s imitating. Bugs are seasonal, so you use different ones at different times and places. When you fly fish you’re using a light weight Fly and a floating line. You cast back and forth above the water in a rhythm that draws fish to the surface. You then land the Fly on top of the water and the fish takes it. Traditionally done in rivers rather than lakes. That is the basics. For a fisherman like myself it’s much more enjoyable because there’s a more active role than just waiting for a fish to grab a worm. 😊

Gun stock, was found by previous explorers. There is a hidden room in the upstairs en suite bathroom with gun cabinet, 2 gun stocks, no barrels were in it. Good work, like your banter.

I love shooting sports, I recently purchased an AR-15 chambered in 300ACC Blackout with a 50 round drum magazine, I put a B.A.D. switch (battery assist device) on it and ordered a binary trigger for it so it shoots twice on one pull of the trigger. I think I might apply to the gov. for a suppressor to quiet it down but the cost alot. Don't ask why on all the add ons.. I guess for the hell of it. I think it'll be a good investment plus it's fun to shoot. It looks really evil but it's legal to carry in most places in my state.

Hi Kayleigh just watched your video of the shell house saw same place other week with but forgot who it was I watched when you went upstairs and into that toilet there was a door there that looked like a cupboard but it wasn’t it was another room n that is where the gun cabinet was keep these videos coming great watching them of the past

Good afternoon Kayleigh /Andrew this was badass cool, such an awesome explore Ive not been into many time capsules but the few I have i always feel like im intruding like their about to catch me lol. Its sad when you see someones incredible achievements and life just left behind like noone wants to keep his things, makes you feel like he had no family or anyone who cared that much.
