Coming soon Northern Uganda is indeed on my, it's one of the areas I can't miss out while in the country

The second biggest is Mbarara city

It remains Jinja in terms of size or land area and date of establishment. Please more research bro

And in terms of city they consider land area, population living in and out and some infrastructure. But for mbarara it's just a growing city with a small land area though with some good infrastructure in terms of buildings
