@Neo that’s isn’t true u can’t blame everyone, we strongly condemn that one , happen everywhere in the world , Kashmir , philistinism, Burma and Africa , anyhow that’s totally condemned by our societies
I’m planning a tour of Pakistan early next year. It will be my first time. I was very apprehensive but after seeing your videos..I’m surprised how friendly people are. Can’t wait to go there.
Chris your interactions in Urdu have made these posts so much more natural and enjoyable. Good of you to have learnt the language and to have the confidence to speak to locals. Not sure how you have managed to do it but wow well impressed with your linguistics skills.
@Neo sialkot isn’t North. And sadly one incident cannot define my country.. horrible things happen around the world good and bad is everywhere, we aren’t perfect but don’t paint us all with same brush
@Neo it is very sad incident . All Pakistani nation is angry for this criminal behavior of extremists. those who lynched that SriLankan friend. these criminals are not Muslims. they don't know about Islam or Pakistan . they are enemies of Islam and Pakistan .

@Neo So you're insinuating that 220 million Pakistanis abetted or in anyway endorsed such heinous or abominable crime. For you rest of the country is like those 400 criminals who are enjoying their jail. We know that person was working as factory manager since last 9 years and we believe his honesty and hardwork made him enemy of the rest of the workers so one or two or bunch of guys set him up and in a way incited the crowd to become frenzied and violent to the level they were acting like savages.
In my time spent in Pakistan, all I saw was amazing hospitality, landscape, food, music, and the most welcoming people. On my visit to Pakistan for the first time ever, I distinctly remember these days. I was first introduced to the country by my Pakistani roommates some few years ago when I was 18 and living in London. Their stories had piqued my interest right away. Finally, after all this time, I got the chance to come to Pakistan. It took me two months to plan my trip and included many nights of researching what to do and where to go.

@Neo So what bro? Many of Muslims are killed daily in Palestine and Kashmir . İ think we Pakistanis have taken the killing of that sri lankan man so seriously . Please keep up the good work, we need more people like you to spread love and peace amongst the nations.

Great Chris loved how your positivity portrayed Pakistans image you should go more towards Peshawar / swat / Gilgit / chitral / Murree / naran / kaghan.
Islamabad is a formal “drawing room” while Rawalpindi is the kitchen and front porch and street life. Drawing rooms by nature are formal and “stuffy” rather pretentious. Street is where you find “life”. 🙏

man, rawalpindi was not built by british, rawalpindi existed way before british came to this region, the city designed by british was actually faisalabad
@@rubabslifevlogs486 yeah before british came, rawalpindi and karachi were present but they were very small cities and had different names, british just made them better due to there importent location by the way, rawalpindi was founded by mahmud ghazni in around 1000 AD
Actually he is right in strange way. Prior to British Rawalpindi was just a over sized village. However because of it's location abreast the main route to Central Asia, Afghanistan, Kashmir, Russian Tzarist Empire and China the British built a huge military cantonment - which is still there clustered around Chaklala where they built a airfield [ the old ISB airport and now Nur Khan Air base]. This cantonment housed the British Army on the Cis-Indus basin intended to protect the Raj from Russian invasion which the Tzarists Empire was only few hundred miles away in Tajikistan. There is a reason why Pakistan Army HQ is in Rawalpindi.

So a little info, all sectors in Islamabad have a green belt separating them. At the beginning of the video you're atop seventh avenue which was built later on in the greenbelt separating sectors F-6 and F-7. Similarly when you're in the bus, you're travelling in the green belt between sectors I-8 and I-9. These green belts were left on purpose to add to the greenery and beauty of the city. Later on as the population of the city grew they had to build these roads and metros through the green belts. We have a whole sector F-9 which is just a park of 2x2 square kilometers. All sectors in Islamabad are 2x2 square kilometers divided into 4 subsectors of 1x1 and have a markaz at the center of them although there are exceptions like F-10 where markaz is not in the center of the sector. If you understand the grid of Islamabad, it's the easiest city of Pakistan to navigate.
Pakistan is a really sweet country.. We are really much not like media told you about us.. We are a peaceful, hospitable, proud, underrated & respectful nation
don't miss Lahore, BahawalPur,( an state at time of independence 1947) Peshawar, Quetta & Northern areas (Hunza, Gilgit, Skardu, Chitral, Swat valley), Kashmir (neelum valley, sharda, Kel etc), 2 weeks are probably less for these. Enjoy various traditional foods & hospitality). Have a safe journey. That naat reciting man seems investigating you.....everywhere you will find people of various behaviours...
Good vlog. Just a little good info. Not only Pakistan was created in 1947. Both, whats is called India today and Pakistan were created as two new countries. It was never a partition of one land. India as a state never existed before 1947. It was british raj. And before being under the british kingdom, it was Moghul empire, along with several smaller kingdoms. Before that it was different kingdoms and dynasties which ruled over different parts of the sub continent.
And also word India is drived from Indus. And Indus is Pakistan, not the Republic of India. Jinnah also criticised them for using the name India as it belongs to Pakistan actually.

I must admire your skills on learning new language. Give some tips bro. Have been staying Montreal for like 3 to 4 years but hardly able to pronounce words.
History correction- Karachi use to be central to Pakistan, because before 1971, the now Bangladesh was part of Pakistan, as East Pakistan and the largest province of Pakistan. Flights & ships would depart from karachi frequently for the east Pakistani officials to commute to west Pakistan, now Pakistan. Karachi was also the birth place of the founder of Pakistan and was/is the commerce hub due to its ports. However, it was realized being a port city there were security concerns even before 1971 and early 60s it was decided to move the capital to Islamabad
well even before bangladesh independence karachi was not central, karachi is at the edge of pakistan, however islamabad is much more in central location, kashmir, punjab and kpk joins each other at this point and gilgit baltistan is also not so far, and also big and imp cities like lahore, peshawar, rawalpindi, muzafarabad, faisalabad, gujranwala and abbotabad are all very close to islamabad ( like 4 to 5 hours max drive), unlike karachi from where it takes a whole a day to reach any other major city except hyderabad
@@anayajazib1426 measure distance between karachi & dacca & then Islamabad & dacca, you will have your answer if Karachi was central or not. East Pakistan had bigger population than west Pakistan, now ask, would you have a capital near your largest province or near some remote location?
