hi all, here's another bit of Wales for you visit. Oxwich Bay is in the Gower, Swansea Wales. theres great boat launching facilities there..parking is reasonable. thanks to all my friends and subscribers.
+jason andrews You have a funny idea about crystal clear water. When I was young I used to summer at my aunt's in Florida and she lived across from Grand Bahama. There the water is blue like the sky. Wearing a mask I could see pretty far in it too. We'd go to this one beach with coral rings around it. Sugar sand and deep blue water filled with tropical fish. It was paradise.
Good point Paul...there are no tropical fish in these waters but with an easy 10metres visibility when diving I'd say these waters are pretty crystal clear lol. Florida sounds idyllic though. My wife has dived most of the oceans in the world as an instructor and maintains that the waters around (some) of our coast is equal to, if not better than a lot of the waters she has dived. Just not as warm lol.
