Why do you think people buy the items I showed you in this video? Did you buy any of these or similar products? Please tell me what was your motivation behind these purchases. I’m open-minded and I want to understand the process and the experience. Those who never bought such things, you can tell me what you think about these items in the comments below. Let’s just discuss what’s going on here.
Most seem like things meant for people who want something designer, but can't really afford the designer clothes, shoes, handbags, etc. Also, for people with money who love flashy, tacky logos and branding, rather than wanting something for its superior design and quality.
As long is someone is purchasing these items, the brands will sell them, simple as that. It's also a way of people to buy a small luxury item that is more affordable to them or think it's worth their money
Decades ago a comic book company put out an issue which was listed in the price guide as "low production run." Yet at conventions the creators had unopened cases of the book which they were signing. Instead of $20 they went for $50. These high priced items could be the same thing. Make low production runs, take them off the market for lack of sales, and then in a few years slowly sell them on eBay for higher than retail.
One reason I could come up with, is, say you have a wealthy friend Who. Has. Everything. And you don’t know what to buy them for Christmas. Assuming you could afford to buy it, of course.
I think those are just gift ideas tbh. I mean, if you had a friend, relative or boss, whom you know can afford anything, and you are similar, or wish to project a similar status, then you can purchase these for them. Especially if you have no idea what to gift them. 😅
I can think of a million things to buy or make myself as gifts than that pile of designer junk 😂 I could hire someone to carve me a beautiful paper weight and it would cost me a fraction of what that Hermes thing costs and it would be special a unique. People has the most ridiculous excuses to justify the unjustifiable
Those Hermès Samarkand paperweights had better be holding down winning lottery tickets of more than $50 million, or at least 100 printed common stock shares of Berkshire Hathaway (i.e, Warren Buffet's company).
I put these products up there with all the what’s in my bag videos with the $60 dollar Chanel handcream in it. 60 bucks for a sample size of lotion… okay ?..
I am guilty but with a good sense giving. I have purchased many alphabets dishes as gifts to friends and sisters. I have given them to keep rings. To be used as trinkets or ring dish. Versace has them also in Versace themes decorations like the Medusa or gold motifs. They are made by Rosenthal for Versace. I really love them but I haven’t bought one for myself yet.
All what you say is true and correct. I can t also understand why some addicts must have so much bags for exemple with the famous logos. I think the social class they come from is an inferiority complex infront the "pld money society"
