Yea talking about Yone Q3 after Ult being reset to 0 , didn't they do that to Yasuo so he feels a little bit more balanced?

My tinfoil hat theory is that the game balance branch at riot have nearly 0 sway when it comes to decision making in riot while marketing has like 80 to 95%. I mean think about it, which champions make for better spectacles at high level from a laymen’s perspective, mages or assassins? Assassins in general are just flashier and more entertaining to watch played at a high level because it always seems like they’re doing a lot especially when their kits are built with the potential of outplays in mind. Meanwhile most mages don’t have nearly as much leeway as your average assassin when it comes to outplays so they’re forced to focus on fundamentals like good positioning, macro, smart ability usage during team fights, and farming. These are all things that mostly every pro is good at to some extent but your basically forced to be good at it as a mage or else you’ll just feed your as off and/or be completely useless, the problem is that for most people watching a good mage is boring since it usually tends to be a very risk averse play style.So marketing just says fuck mages let’s just make assassins good.
