zoe!! this is actually a thing called “sea bather’s eruption” or SBE. look it up!! also: if this rash ever shows up on their face or private areas (genitals) - seek medical attention immediately! wishing y’all the best of luck. ❤ i know that must have been so scary and so hard to see your babies in pain and to not be able to help because you don’t know what’s wrong!! a parent’s worst nightmare from now on, make sure you change the kids out of their bathing suits RIGHT after swimming (if you don’t already, of course.) this can help prevent it. oatmeal and epsom baths help. washing really well in fresh water and scrubbing skin thoroughly. applying calamine lotion, hydrocortisone cream, or an anti-itch lotion (plus the stuff you got from the doctor!)

We now have the best relationship with her and my 3 year old grand daughter! I would love to meet your mom one day and talk with her and you too. My daughter is trying for her second baby.

Omg I had that twice when I was a kid they say the itch is worse than poison ivy and I do agree it was horrible had to go to the hospital for it once. Worst thing ever those poor kids I feel so bad for both you and them 😢
Actually I just watched a part of a show on tv tonight and it appears that adult jellyfish are stinging more than usual lately in some area of the country and causing a lot of problems. Scientists are not sure why but they are looking into it.

OMG WE HAVE THAT IN AUSTRALIA. I USE TO WASH MY KIDS AT THE BEACH WITH AN ANTI BACTERIAL WASH. WASH THEIR BATHING SUITS DAILY. Honey where’s your husband it’s like he checks out when he wants to. Kick that one to the curb. My opinion. 😮
