@@Romy16. nah u just don’t understand that grown men don’t pillow talk about the next man’s business especially if it has nothing to do with him vlad threw the bait and bleed didn’t bite 🤷🏿
I don’t think a collab album would have been big. No limit was nearing the end of their run when cash money was starting to take off. Plus some of the bigger no limit artist were leaving the label or going to prison. However, hearing Magic & fiend over a Manie fresh beat would have been dope.
@@m43854no limit was running it in 99 too until beats by the pound left the label. That's when no limit fell off. The sound wasn't the same after beats by the pound left
@ktm1984 ehhhhhh idk bout that....Juvenile dropped 400 degreez in 1998...and DMX was on fire in 1999. The Hot Boyz guerilla warfare was dropped in 1999 too.....Cash Money and Rough Ryders had fully taken over by then...
@@m43854 I like juvenile and DMX(rip) and they both got banging albums. And cash money and ruff ryders started to blow up big time in 99 but no limit was still in their prime in 99. C-Murder album bossalinie, Silkk the Shocker album made man, TRU album da crime family, Snoop Dogg album NL Top Dogg, Mia X album Mama Drama, Mystikal album Ghetto Fabulous, those albums did good in 99 but beats by the pound left that year. After they left, it was over for the tank
Young Bleed aint bullshitting either he came to Flint back in the day I was managing a studio for Silly Boy at the the time Bleed was deep in the trenches it was hundreds of people coming and going all night til the morning came he very comfortable talking to everybody and doing feature after feature sadly none of the music ever came out but he was spitting something serious killed every verse 2011-2012
BG and Mac have a song together, but Mac hadn’t signed to No Limit yet when it came out. Mystikal and Juvenile have a song together too that came out shortly after Mystikal left No Limit and Juvenile left Cash Money. So there’s collabs between the artist from the labels. They just didn’t happen while the artist were all on the labels.
And many more, such as BG and C-Murder in 2005. The first #1 hit record to come out of NO was made when a former No Limit artist collaborated with a former Cash Money artist. Soulja Slim and Juvenile "Slow Motion"
Equal impact on New Orleans, but Cashmoney has had a bigger impact on rap overall. No Limit put NO on the rap. But the two labels couldn’t be more different
@@jackstar6018 Cashmoney has had the biggest influence on modern day rap. They damn near birth rap the way it is today, from the flow and to the clothing choices. There is no other label like No Limit, no other CEO like Master P. There are several labels like Cashmoney, several CEOs like Birdman.
As a listener of both since the beginning of No Limit and Cash Money. I would shed a tear to see P and Baby at least do an interview together! The Culture deserves it.
King of Blends blends Cash Money & No Limit over each other beats. No Limit sounds so good over Mannie Fresh beats. I wish they woulda collaborated during their height.
P put New Orleans on the map!!! Cash Money was local. They ain't get a deal until after No Limit. Terrance wasn't no threat in New Orleans. If this were true why Terrance ain't run up on P????
You and your clue left Randall watts leaking thts lyrics from a song see you can’t be from our city 😂 but thts P cousin who is dead calliope slim again the lyrics go we ain’t forget you and your clique left Randall watts leaking
@@n.orepresenta345 you just talking n a rat lover! Even Terrance said he was trying to get in the movie bout it" before the beef. He wanted to be down with no limit. P had all the money n power back then. Terrance even said p had a big price on his head, he was hiding. If he didn't get locked up, he would've got killed. If was from New Orleans, you would know actually the hotboys started beefing in the circle. I'm talking about the street hotboys not the rappers, they wasn't in the streets back then

I lived in no bsck then. Sounds weird cash money in new orleans snd mastrr p on national level. Even tho cash money became bigger at thr time no limit broke doors down for cash money to become bigger nationally
