I respectfully disagree. It becomes a home when I move in and put all my things in place. No realtor or contractor can sell me a home, only a house.

Why would immature physical and/or vocal gyrations impress anyone ?? I saw very clearly how happy this couple was with their new home and all the work Erin & Ben put into it. It was sooooo obvious. Appreciation was certainly evident and intelligently shown.

Totally disagree !! The homeowners were so thrilled and obviously impressed. Not everyone goes thru physical arm waving, screeching, etc. I really liked the classy personalities of this young couple. I'd love to have them as neighbors.

The house is great, except... If the arches, in the hallway, where meant to, sort of mirror the side door, and the diningroom cabinets - they should be full arches... Other than that, I really like it. I'd add some more colour, though 🙂

This home was absolutely gorgeous top to bottom. I wouldn't change a thing. Elegance & fine craftsmanship on display in every square inch. Perfection.
