Dolph was the Nipsey Hussle of the South as far as being a real boss goes. Building up the community. Setting up his family for life for when he’s gone. If you’re in the position financially to make sure your loved ones are straight for when you’re gone, do it as soon as possible. You never know when your time comes.
Facts alot of people do not understand the pressure of thinking like an adult when you are a child alot of people have support in they upbringing fronting like thay had it bad when all they had was growing pains. This man had to keep himself because all he has was self r.i.p man was smart
Part that stuck out the most was when Dolph talks about why he gives away so much. "Man I remember walking out the house, wishing someone (a big homie or role model) would pull up and give me something....ANYTHING." #STORYOFMYLIFE
Bro I love dolph as much as the next big fan but you would have to be stupid or naive to think he didiny gift things away for publicity and hype dolph was a genius but it wasn’t just because he was being nice he knows how to operate business and the more you think it’s authentic the better the businessman he was
For some reason, what stuck with me was that he said his grandmother didn't want him outside until the sun went DOWN. After 6PM! That's when most of us have to go IN the house. He felt like that was because she didn't want him to get any darker skinned. Maybe he was kidding but if not, I wonder what that does to your thoughts. Then how that teacher let him just stay in her class. I remember all those low expectations and how you have to overcome things that seem like fun and teachers being cool. When really they gave up on you.
Every person here before he died really felt him Nd had real love Nd respect I can’t find a drop of hate real solid dude ain’t even the term just a rare individual
One thing I really really want to know is how key glock gone move after this, like, besides Dolph's junior, he's the heir to the empire! Wonder what is on this man's mind
this dude gave the blueprint to independent hustling and securing bags...will forever bump this mans music. nothing but motivation... #LongLiveDolph #PaperRoute4L #KingOfMemphis
Had to comeback and rewatch this after Dolph's passing. Dolpth was dropping gems throughout this entire thing. You can do so much good, but people will hate you regardless. He still had so much to do. Another one taken too early.
been following Dolph and his hustle since 2012. The growth and popularity that he has gained throughout the years is amazing to see. I myself grew up with the very little my family was able to provide for me. I have always been grateful but growing up I always knew I wanted more for myself and my family. Ive always loved to work hard and earn money for myself and ask my family for as little as possible knowing the situation we were in. I started washing cars at my parents house about 7 years ago to make a few extra dollars. Years later I own my own detailing business I employe people and I was able to buy my first home a little over a year ago. I am also able to buy my parents things they never thought they would be able to afford in their lifetime. I am very thankful to where I am today. My end goal is to take care of my parents and sister. I grind very hard everyday because I fear being in the situation I was once in. The reason I am sharing this with you is because Dolph has played a HUGE roll in my life. Between watching his videos and interviews he always motivates me and makes me go get the money on days I don't feel like working. Don't worry about what people think and grind hard and know what you are hustling for! I also enjoy this interview and often come back to it at least 2 times a week. Its sad to see Dolph has left us and his family so soon. Thankfully he was in a position to where him and his family don't have to worry financially. RIP to the KING of Memphis. You will be missed. 🐬💙🐬💙🐬💙🐬💙
I love how they always catch the artist off guard with some information they didn’t even know they know always gets them in the mood to talk and open up. GOATS 🐐
Dolph struggle made him a soldier in the game he was giving from his heart bc he knew the feeling and the outcome! He wanted others to see it’s a way out the struggle he want you know that even when u do make it out never forget where you come from!! I respected Adolph from day one and he never disappointed me! REST IN ETERNAL PEACE KING OF MEMPHIS ❤️❤️
I can see that we lost a genuine person who wanted to help others. I felt what he was saying about knowing the struggle and remembering what it felt like, and wanting to help people get out of it. I also wish he could’ve lived to see how the money he gave people would help them down the line. Damn man.
I just Love his whole soul🤗 I can’t believe I’m really saying RIP To Young Dolph We Really Lost a Legend Today In The Rap Game 😥 RIP The King Of Memphis 👑 This One Really Hurts
The realest ever. We gotta continue King's legacy. Be strong fam, Dolph left us physically, but will be always with us spiritually. Long live the King of Memphis!!!!
Only heard a handful of his music but he seemed to have a real genuine vibe about him. He was all for his people, same as Nip. Certain people deserve to live a full and long life. Never knew how much I related to him. Honestly shed a tear for him. Rest up!
Damn man. I was bumping his music wen I found out about his passing. Just had to roll down the windows and blast it. The world needed to hear ur voice. Rip king 👑
Dolph music ah forver be with me I can’t stress it enough how he motivated me through them long 8-9 hour days of work wanting to give up they messed up taking dolph man
Weeeeeeellllllllll can we REALLY say we know his life like/that ? Just asking 😐. Look on the surface anything CAN look good to on seeing society. I wish the BEST of and from him but we just DONT KNOW ! These days and in my day people just are KILLING the same reflection they see in the mirror errrday STILL ....and to be continued 😥
Salute to Gillie and Wallo, Young Dolph is realist and real recognize real.Dolph all about the morals and values and love for his grandma is beautiful thing. Best podcast in world . Facts
Watching this interview Dolph had it hard growing up.. I understand now why he helped so many ppl out,he know how it feels to live in poverty wishing somebody would help... RIP DOLPH The good die Young....
They got them son they just stay in they she'll cause the fear of haters n the community don't protect these brothers cause they r builders of the truth
I been listening to dolph for years. I love him. And this the first time I watched an interview and he so soft spoken. I love him even more. He so humble. 💕💕💕
It’s so fucking frustrating, a man for the people take in the most coward way alive Bruh, man was getting cookies for his moms it just makes zero fucking sense.
To know his pain emotionally,I couldn't watch the whole thing the first time because it was like he was speaking on my grandma...she stayed so hard on me to the point I thought she didn't like me,whole time she teaching me about life and wanted me to do the right things in Life..rip Granny and miss ida Mae..
i love these interviews. most local rappers are hoping for a banger to blow up on yes that’s how it’s done but they don’t wanna work a regular job to save the money while they hustle nah they not hungry enough
Bruh I remember first time I heard dolph in like 2006 or 7. On a mixtape, and the crazy thing is he sounds, moves, and does every single thing the exact same way still to this day. The definition of a real nigga
WHEN HE ASKED GILLIE WHICH CAR HE WANTED HIM TO SEND TO PHILLY… AND ACTUALLY MEANT IT , too real for life! RIP TO THE MAN THAT GAVE ME THAT KILLER DRIVE
Rest In Peace Young Dolph & Nipsey Hustle, they definitely where the realist & a true inspiration to the black youth. Both focused, dedicated, hard working & humble men who’re 100 independent & feeding a whole lotta black families. May a lot more young black men be inspired by these brave young men, “The marathon continues”.
Yup. Thats why he got quiet when they asked bout why all his music in house and he don’t be doing features. CMG is prolly apart but the industry don’t like poppin independents and all the signed artists are controlled
@@540tone5 and how did OT’s career go after that song 🤷🏾♂️ i’m just saying. He didn’t even put out a studio album on Atlantic cut it and coco was on mixtapes. Idk im speculating but damn shit look crazy.
You can't tell me that somebody working in that Cookie Shop couldn't bring that man the cookies out to his car when he came to Memphis he was supposed to be moving like the president 💪🏿💯💯💯
Of course he did but he wasn't pussy he died a real fearless nigga not a scared pussy some of us cut from a different cloth bruh we live without fear and die without ducking or dodging shit you live by the code and die the code where we from we not worried about anything in the world live everyday fearless and die fearless life's to short anyways live with courage not fear only God can give you life and take it he died a legend and will never be forgotten he made us Tennessee niggaz proud to be where we from he put us on the map and showed us its possible to come from this jungle and make something outta ourself and have everything we ever could want or need it's rough out here but it's also beautiful anytime I've ever left I always wanna come home I miss it and love it as much as I hate it Dolph made me proud to admit that shit tho for that I'll always have nothing but love for dawg he never backed down from shit he faced it head on 10 toes down the real King of Memphis ahhh a whole 100 shots💯💯💯
Come on now look at what you just said. "Move like the president" Dolph was not scared of nobody. He thought he was protected that day because he had his security with him, which his security was not doing his job correctly at all. I hurd his security even had a damn Draco on him and didn't fire not 1 single shot in Dolph defense. Dolph had his iron on him but by the time he pulled his stick out it was too late. It's hard to survive getting shot by a 7.62 & 9mm rounds to the head and chest. Dolph was dead before he knew it. 😢😢😢😢 His damn bodyguard should not be working for nobody else again. He was not doing his job at all. His security could have took both of the shooters out especially when they got into the white Benz he had plenty of time to pop them as they was driving off. Shoot the car tires something anything damn!!!!😢😢
Dolph mad real for wanting to give back so much when nobody did anything for him coming up. Usually that makes people not wanna give any a thing. That's sum RNS 💯
One of the realest conversation I have heard in a while amongst the 3 of them Gillie I go thru that s hit everyday people always have a motive to deprive u out of something
When you real and original people fear and hate and just have alot of animosity against you.. I don't understand it . Even your own family Will hate and be jealous of you ..
Just like my mother treated me before she passed away, she told me the reason why she was so hard on me and the reason why she always called on me outside of all my other siblings because she knew I was going to be the one to get the job done.
I loved this guy Flipper Dolph 🐬 for years I cried thinking of his family Key Glock his wife kids mom dad aunties and uncles friends artist he was bringing out #RIPDOLPH
