He isn't fiending. A lot of people rock when they're talking and use their body during conversation. It's basically an exclamation to their words. I've never done drugs a day in my life and I rock when I talk.

He probably still remembers how he felt when he used drugs. Probably equivalent to feeling sick when you look at the food that you’re highly allergic to. Also hard to open up about these type of things as well which contributes to him being uncomfortable.
