From computers, to phones, watches and clocks, everywhere you look there's something telling you the time. Watch our 'Young explorers' video about how time has been told throughout history.
FYI Time keeping and the very first concepts of a clock were invented in ancient Egypt 🟤 . A FACT which you seemingly completely FAILED to mention. The obelisk or time dial , a DUAL PURPOSE Egyptian RELIGIOUS EDIFICE & CLOCK DEVICE , was also invented by ancient Egyptians 🟤 and NOT Romans 🧑. All the obelisks or sun dials , found today in Rome , London , Moscow & also found elsewhere in the world , were ALL taken from ancient Egypt or influenced by ancient Egypt 🟤. An example being the tallest obelisk in modern times , the WASHINGTON MONUMENTAL
Terrible video .Too many things wrong with it. For one the presenter was awful. Boring, trite. Hardly told us anything. You could have mentioned Harrison's name and how he found a way to measure longitude. But you didn't. The noise that supposed to be music I guess is totally unnecessary and distracting. I expect more from the British Museum.
