All - animal control has been called. They are visiting today 6/12. They viewed my video and made this a top priority! I’ll report back when I have more info!!
They will not use it , hope that dog was removed. Yes his heart ❤️ is in the right place, but omg such lazy people. They should take some pride in there home .
Lazy husband won’t use that mower. Probably sell it for drugs. Not a big yard. My elderly lady neighbor takes better care of her 3 acres yard by herself. All he has to do is a little bit at a time, but he didn’t do it. He’s a sorry excuse for a man.
@@rickylgovier7016 Am I the only one that noticed the little infant they were taking care of? Having kids my self, I know how time consuming babies can be. Things like yard work go to the bottom of a very long list of things to be done.
My favorite part - The lady pushing her new law mower to the back and saying, "I can't stop smiling". Priceless! Another families life changed for the better, nice going sir!
@@MidlifeStockman The old saying "Give a man a fish - he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he'll eat for life!" As the teacher, you're doing a great thing. I'm sure they'll keep up on the yard using the fishing pole you gave them! Good on you man...good on you!
The fact she asked if she could use your equipment and you watch did say a lot about her character. Very deserving family! Those poor dogs in the neighbors yard. That's sad.
@@MidlifeStockman Using your "new" cutter i would suggest using shoulder straps. It will strain your back in the long run. Talking from just a little experience but i have family working the woods. Great video subbed
Where I am, the Landlord needs to supply lawn care equipment (mower, weed whip), or they have to discount the rent if the tenant is requested to supply their own. The trees are definitely not the tenants responsibility. Threatening to fine them is a BS move, the Landlord should be working to help them with that sort of problem.
When we lived in Nebraska, our landlord had us a lawnmower and other tools for our yard in the shed. I once lived in another state that the landlord paid us $200.00 to mow the yard, it was huge. We had our yard and he had land behind our yard ❤
If someone was cleaning up my yard for free, I would be out there helping them regardless. More hands help make the job easier, even if it's picking up the branches, raking dead leaves, bagging the rubbish etc. Impressive work ethics sir. I look forward to more stunning makeovers.
I just watched two of Sean's videos and I HAD TO go out and deadhead my Petunia & trim my Sweet Alyssum! I love this stuff, too, but my body won't let me! Grr! I'd be out there, moving the wheelbarrow, hauling the tarp, whatever.
It amazes me what landlords expect a renter to do. My mom who was in her 90's and me in my 70's moved in to a house in our small town. When I rented the place I was told I was responsible for mowing. Little did I know it would take me about 2 hours on a riding lawn mower to mow the place. Thankfully I was able to maintain it. Now I live in a senior apartment and someone else does the lawn care. I appreciate your videos. One thing I loved to do was cut grass. Don't know why this was so pleasant. Maybe because I raised 5 children, and it was time I could spend by myself with my thoughts. Thanks for paying it forward.
@@anneyoder1157it's possible. But beggars don't have servants. Unfortunately, working people under capitalism are poor. And they end up in a nursing home.
@@anneyoder1157mowing a lawn at a rental is not the renters responsibility. If they choose to mow , it should be their choice but for your information, that’s the landlords responsibility. All landlords. No she the tenant doesn’t want anyone to clean her house. Maybe you’re one of those landlords that just stretch their hands to receive rent but do absolutely nothing to the place.
@@MidlifeStockman You're welcome, as a retired person I watch many lawn care channels and this community is probably the best in the u-verse as far as kindness and "getting it" as I've seen, it reflects the host's character well but there seems to be that 2% that doesn't get it, oh well, such is life....
I'm sure every one of us watching were blessed not only this family. I'm crying in my coffee cup. Thanks so much for sharing these wonderful transformations Sean. You are transforming much more than lawns IMO.
I believe you’re right. I feel bad for them. I hope they aren’t tied up like that 24/7, in every weather condition. Hopefully something will be done. Also I want this family to be able to enjoy their back yard and use the fire pit in peace.
That’s how it should be done! I know everyone isn’t able to cut their yards. What you did is helping them help themselves.! Great job! Results was beautiful!
@@chadmark88 What he did with *his* money shouldn't matter to you. If you donated to him, it was probably to help him create more content. That doesn't mean only individuals you personally feel are deserving. Hell, he's been doing it at abandoned houses and everyone cheers. I've been seeing quite a lot of weirdly focused hate in these comments. Is it because of the color of the family's skin perhaps?
@@marthasimmons9809 What kind of man sits home while a stranger cleans up his yard for free? Get your butt out there and at least drag brush to the street. If he's disabled in some way then mention it, otherwise it reflects poorly.
I think Sean your becoming my favorite RU-vidr. I watch a lot of other yard care guys but I love that you will also fix stuff and go the extra mile to make it look presentable. Keep up the great work.
Absolutely. It's so refreshing seeing your authentic compassion to help and assist the community. I appreciate you. Always puts a smile on my face🤗 Thank you and Subscribers for caring.
@@MidlifeStockman 1st time seeing one of your vids. You just strike me as a guy from Boston for some reason. Not sure if it's your look, the way you talk (not a Boston accent but similar) and mannerisms. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Who knows? Anyway, nice job on the property and was nice that you helped that family. I bet they appreciated that mower more than you know. PS If you know the local ASPCA or Humane Society phone #, give them a call about that poor dog. Best wishes.
It's not going to be long before you hit the 100k subscribers. People like your channel because of how far you're willing to go to help the people and community you live in. Another great transformation Sean, another family helped in more ways than 1.
What a wonderful transformation of the lawn and the lives if those you did it for. I'm sure they are blessed by your kindness as and generosity. God's hands at work through you! Thanks!
@@lindaatkins2197Not to put a damper on anything. But can I just say this guy is a bum? His wife asked to use the tools herself to clean the yard up, and she's the one pushing the lawn mower to the backyard😮
@@msmoon6110he had the baby in his arms! There is nothing wrong with dad taking care of the baby while mom pushes the lawnmower to the back. It’s not as if he’s sitting there with a beer watching his wife mow the grass!
Could have a medical condition preventing him from over exerting. Plus they obviously couldn’t afford the type of tools required for this job. Wonder what it looked like when they signed the lease and why they didn’t rent a apartment where they don’t need yard tools.
I was waiting patiently for this video. I saw her pull up and ask you to use your tools in the last video. This surely was worth the wait!!! What a blessing you were to this family and WHAT a transformation!! You are the best ever!! Wishing you nothing but success on your journey.
Thank you for doing what you do! You didn't only help this family with their landlord but you helped them with a hand up to do for themselves. You gave them the tools they desperately needed but couldn't afford to maintain their yard and keep it safe for them to enjoy. Awesome!
You make it sound as if their landlord was a cruel tyrant, demanding his tenants to take care of the property. Imagine you owned a property and someone asked to rent it - would you not make a deal that they should take care of the property? I'd say it is quite understandable that they had not fulfilled their obligations. Right?
This is why habitat for humanity makes you sign an agreement that not only you keep the property up after they give you the keys they also make you work the next house that goes up.
What a wonderful transformation for such a nice family. I have to say, the landlord should be responsible for removing that downed tree. I'm happy you were able to do it for them!
Might be a better spot than death row at Animal Control...... just saying. That might be another case for some charity. I donno whats going on. Haven't seen it yet.
That big guy can't mow a lawn? Are you for real? I would never help someone who is just lazy and fat. If they can afford to stuff their gobs, they can afford a mower.
Granted, not knowing the full situation, I do feel the man of the house should have at least been out there helping you to some degree, maybe help stack the firewood. Especially since he had the nerve to ask you to cut it for him! You are a good man who was raised right and sees the value of helping those in need. But I also feel some may take advantage of your good nature. You are for sure earning Angel wings!
Liability. If the man was helping him and got hurt, then Stockman could be held liable. I know, I know, it isn't right, but it is still the way things can happen.
@@BinfordMJ it happened to me at work, I was about to change a tire for this lady , her boyfriend was slumped in the passenger side watching while we were outside preparing to change her tire , I told her nope , he not going to help? I gave her the tools and waited to see what he would do, he got out with an attitude and did it, she chose him. My job doesn't require us to change tires.
Amazing as always. I bet the landlord never had it looking so good himself. You are such a humble man and changing lives in person and on this RU-vid channel. You renew my confidence in humanity every time I watch you. I was blessed when I found your channel. Can’t wait until the next one to fill me up again. ❤❤
Looked able bodied enough to cut his own lawn to save his family from being evicted. Pastor Manning should be brought in on this case of utter laziness.
Great video. Give someone a tool and teach them how to use it and they will never be dependent on someone else. They will feel pride in their labors. Good job Sean. God bless you. 43:15
Sean - I've commented on your videos before but all I've got to say is that you are the definition of "a good guy". The world needs more people like you.
You get so much satisfaction out of what you are doing over a weekend, when you are finish and look back, that is your handywork it is stunning and satisfying, I know the feeling. Thank you for helping this couple, now they can keep it that way. God bless you
Love to see when a family is helped. So many of the lawn RU-vidrs do vacant properties, while so many elderly and less fortunate are in need of help. Great job.❤️
@@MidlifeStockman I have watched The Boring Channel, SB Mowing and Al Bladez for about 3 yrs. They are all great guys. But I enjoy a makeover like this one sssssoooooooooooo much more when someone is living there. It means more. Love owner/renter reaction, as well. I know these are hard to find but the abandoned homes are less satisfying/enjoyable to watch. Good job and look forward to your next vid.
Excellent job, and you gave this family peace of mind! What a huge relief to not be worried about eviction! I sincerely hope they keep it up. You are a very kind soul. ❤️
God bless you for cleaning this property ,saving family from a fine, cutting and stacking firewood for the family and blessing them with a new mower and gas can 🥰🙏🙏
Very nice to help this family! However, two young and able men in the house who don’t help this young man who just showed up to clean your rental property. Just Wow. The father sure is showing his family how to not take responsibility for their home. Smh
All the homes you ve done that I ve watched I believe the owners , genuinely needed the help But this resident looked healthy able and capable to at least help you shovel the side walks, bag garbage etc. You are WAY too kind! YOU Sir, are an amazing human being!
That was so sweet! It brought tears to my eyes. They were so blessed! May God return to you, 30 or 60 or 100 fold for all you do for these people in need.
You've done it again. Not only a superb clean up but you've given the little boy a safe place to play in the backyard and you've given the family a means of taking pride in their property and maintaining it. You make my heart smile.
Sometimes it can be hard to cut your yard, especially if youre working long hours or multiple jobs, and have a family on top of it. Thanks for all that you do.
Already gave you a thumbs up 4 minutes in because I knew it would be a great transformation … all of yours are! Your perseverance is amazing and your kind spirit is an inspiration! ❤️
It makes my heart so happy to see such nice people receive this gift. They were so appreciative. You did a great job Sean. They love the mower! I love that you did this.
Kudos to you for being there for them when they needed your help the most... Kindness begets kindness... But hey, what happened to "Working smarter, not harder" in trimming those trees, like what you did at Elm Street? Laying down the tarp to catch the trimmings? 😉 That was a good technique mate.
I just love Mondays. I can't believe how different the backyard looks, simply spectacular. After all this time, I finally remember your name. Sean is even spelled the right way.
Good morning 🌞 Happy Monday from Maryland. You always do a superb job!!! Thank you for always serving!!! You are an amazing human being!!! Thank you for all you do!!!!❤❤❤❤ God bless you and your family!!!🥰🥰🥰
What a great transformation, Sean. You have quickly become one of my favorite channels. The first video I watched on your channel, you mentioned that @Al Bladez inspired you. I have to believe that you are inspiring many others with your genuinely caring spirit and loving nature. Thank you for not only blessing the families and communities in your area but we, your viewers, as well. I pray God's continued blessings for you and your family. ✌🏾🫶🏾🙏🏾
"I can't stop smiling." I'm right there with this lady. This was a great video. Sean helped a family in need and alerted animal control about possible animal abuse.
“I can’t stop smiling” Wow. What a moving moment, what a beautiful gesture of human goodness and comparison. Thank you Sean for helping them reset and also helping them to maintain.
Question? If there is a man in the house while you're working free, why don't they come out in help you and why don't you tell them to help you? I'm just saying at least they could sweep the grass up! 🤔 God bless you for your service 🙏🏾
"... why don't they come help..." Short list off the top of my head: disability, reaction to pollens etc; working at home .... Sean doesn't judge and that is worth imitating.
Yes I was thinking the same thing, why don’t they come out and help clean up. There is plenty they could do with you. The guy does not seem to have a disability, he looks tall and strong. I think it is just laziness and they got the whole job done for free.
Thank you Sean a good job done once more , & to top it off with a gift Lawnmower is going beyond , God Bless you , ♥️ I know there are some people commenting on the lack of help from the tenant , but he may have thought he would be in Sean's way helping, plus I think Sean would prefer to do it himself anyway. So thanks again Sean you did good , keep safe , & love from the UK 🇬🇧♥️
You can tell dudes lazy that's too much like doin right he not going to help probably doesn't even have a job laying up on her this men today are lazy and trifling this new generation
Maybe there are reasons that Sean knows and is not sharing. When I'm doing work, I just want people who don't know what they're doing to stay the heck out of my way. Before you know it they get cut or burned or whatever, work stops and nothing gets done.
Son I know you don't know me but I Love you in The. Lord. Thank you for your kind heart and your hard work in blessing others. Please know I'm proud of you. May the Holy Father Bless you son
Just showing up to their property was the answer to their prayers! Buying them a mower was so incredibly nice and caring enough to look after the dogs, well you are doing God's work for sure!!! Thank you!
@@MidlifeStockman I’m sure that they are as well. It’s one thing for someone to help and it’s another to help out and then give them the tools to keep up the maintenance. That’s life altering!
Great job and it was so sweet that you went the extra mile and blessed them with a lawn mower. I love the compassion service that you and other people like yourself go out and do for random people. It makes me very happy and much of my time now is taken watching videos like this one. 👏👏
Brilliant, it's midnight in Australia and this will end my day perfectly 😃 @19:30 the look on your face = priceless 🤣🤣🤣 What a great guy & great subscribers making it happen. The yard came up so nice & the family are so happy. Feel good video for all of us. Thanks Sean & your family ❤
He'd probably just slow him down,,, not being familiar with that type of work,, you'd be training him while you're trying to make a deadline. Not adviseable... Stay in the house, don't get hurt from flying debris, and , just let me do my thing.
@@kevtekmagnum BS, anyone can fill a bag or carry one with zero instruction and not be in the way. Says a lot about a man that can sit and watch another work for free.
Especially with a new baby! Everything comes to halt and they become the primary concern, as they should! Good people caught in a pinch, it happens to us all.
I look forward to each of your videos. It's not just the mowing, but you go the extra steps to clear clippings, trash, branches from the property. Then you take it a step further by fixing fences, helping the owners/renters, etc. Keep up the excellent work!
These people just do nothing, and instead of giving a hand, they watch videos ! In the same situation I would just have spent the whole day helping as much as I can. The guy is watching from his deck. He would not even help moving the ton of branches cut. Amazing !
Maybe he didn't want any help. I know he likes to give back. Or he can have some health issues? Idk, but its not for me to judge. I just want to enjoy @MidlifeStockman blessing others.
Midlife Stockman aka Sean , wow you have gone above and beyond . I am totally impressed how kind and thoughtful you are , we need more RU-vidrs like you. Heck you do not have 100k followers yet and you are already giving back to those in need. My heart is full after coming across your channel and you putting faith in society again .
