This video is a short preview of Young Ho Kim´s program Inside Flow "Crazy in Love".
This program is a perfect blend of hypnotic beats by popular yoga DJ Sol Rising, the amazing voice of Kevin Paris and the dynamic movements of Inside Flow.
With this program, you get access to three different sessions: an alignment class, a sequencing class, and an Inside Flow class. This arrangement makes perfect sense. In the final flow, there are some tricky parts, so you will get detailed alignment techniques to perform each asana correctly and in a healthy way.
About Young Ho Kim:
Young Ho was born in South Korea and moved to Germany as a teenager. After a very impressive career as a Martial Artist, he fell in love with yoga and learned from many styles with great teachers but found nowhere he really belonged. After a long study, he came to the conclusion that he must blend all his knowledge to create a fusion of his own yoga.
