@@peterbrown4692 yeah Titans is like a near miss for me. I love the show but it does fall short on few areas but respect to them for attempting a Red Hoid storyline
And it was also way more fun than JL and JLU imo. I respect those series but good to see someone who finally agrees with me. I'm not the biggest fan of those shows especially JLU. Young justice seasons 1 and 2 were perfect. Only a few things were bad like season 4 joker's voice and lines.
@@talentroller4413 I agreed the animation, story and most importantly characters dropped in quality around season 3 and fell on its face season 4. The Muslim Girl with the power to counter the anti life equation was an obvious diversity drop in and freaking granny was so stupid.
To be fair, JL/JLU needed to be episodic. They needed to have a plot that could have it's entire run through in 1 episode because when it was made, it wasn't like there were streaming services back then. And having complicated plots would have been to confusing since when people watched the show on TV it was pretty much always out of order. I think considering the limitations the show has back then, it's an absolute trail blazers in superhero cartoons and just cartoons in general because they were some of the first to use darker themes in western animation.
I really hope they reverse course on the "current day agenda talking points" B/C storylines they crammed into Season 4. No one is watching for that. If 5 is the same I won't be finishing the season.

How did this person watch enough of the show to give a whole recap on it and not absorb enough information to be able to pronounce the characters names right?
Imagine how all the heroes and criminals look like adults instead of kids so that way they would all look awesome and cooler and theirs suits are all classic and rubbery and they hold back
Unfortunately there won't be any more new seasons of Young Justice because of James Gunn. His new vision of the DCU doesn't include anything that he himself hasn't written and directed. James Gunn is going to ruin the DCU. And Young Justice was the ABSOLUTE BEST SERIES that DC has put out in a very long time.
@@kennethpage417 no. Tim Drake became Red Robin. In Batman Beyond universe, he was kidnapped by Joker and tortured, then eventually killed the Joker. He retired, but was unknowingly chipped to transform into the next Joker.

i will always say that season 1 was the best season to watch... the storyline,fighting, characters all were really outstanding,also we got to see the original justice league heroes a lot more and more directly involved into the storyline.... but from season 2 to 4 the storyline got more messed up and adding of unnecessary characters also made it kinda fucked up...every new season comes and I sit to watch it with lot of expectations but get disappointed in the end...i really miss season 1...
Season 2 felt like a good place to stop. Season 3 and 4 were a mess and didn't capture the feel of Young Justice. Felt like they kept throwing things at the wall to see what stuck.
Exactly!! And I can even give season 2 a pass. Despite some issues I had, I thought it turned out pretty good. But none of the seasons were as good as S1
@@rigorgrynn4469 Young Justice did the opposite of what JLU did. By just throwing a bunch of characters and plot lines at us without making us care about them. JLU made us care about the supporting characters, including the villains.
