Imagine being eleven years old watching the Jackson Five performing it was freaking insane. My entire family went nuts that Sunday night. Every girl in my neighborhood had a crush on Michael Jackson. Awesome memories. RIP Michael Jackson❤
Another aspect was we were just coming out of the horrendous and hopeful 1960s with assassinations, riots, protests, violence, stress, racial tension and fatigue. The little racial tensions we’ve experienced in the last several years cannot even compare. But THE JACKSON 5!! Boooahhhh!! They hit the scene and were the first national *black teen idols!* They ran off a string of national hits that were so great and sooooo much fun!! AND we were so proud as a people because they were so excellent and talented AND BROUGHT PEOPLE TOGETHER! All races loved them and helped with healing this land. Their music was just was a tired nation needed.
IT. MAKES. NO. SENSE. HE. CAN. SING. LIKE. THIS. AT. 11! THE GOAT IN A PINK HAT! Also, Bless you Chest. I love your content. You put me on to new people all the time. I respect and send love for growth on your channel. 🌻🌻✨✨
I'm a 57 year old white woman and i still get chills hearing these amazing vocals from Michael. I couldn't wait to see Michael and his brothers on variety shows and the Jackson 5 cartoons
As someone says he was the greatest child entertainer ever , the greatest performer in his teen years and reigned supreme in his adult years in life and in death.
Your reaction video is spot on. I cannot get over his vocals when he was a kid (through adulthood), but when he sings this song he feels it, he has to have a lot of "know". How does he have that "know" that kind of pain at his age - damn. No one like him. Even those who sing the song in competitions can't touch what he did. Believe me, I rewind constantly - he was an old soul - damn!
Check out never can say goodbye by the Jackson’s at Motown 25. MJ’s vocals are 👌 The whole extended performance is amazing but the clarity of Michael’s voice during this is beyond
Missed these!! Please react to Billie Jean live in Bucharest 1992 ( probably his longest and smoothest moonwalk ever ) as well as Man in the mirror live in Copenhagen 1992. things I do for you live in Yokohama 1987 is a bomb one too! 🫶🏼
@@JarrenTerrell they are two different people. And this stupid ,,competition,, was coocked by the media. But if you like, I will give you my answer: I listened Prince one summer and that's it. I've discovered MJ later in my life and I understood why I heard all time that he is The megastar. He is beyond and above anyone. The Beatles were multi talented with instruments, and others. As a quitarist Buckethead and Jimi Hendrix are my all time favorite, so. I like music that tells something and it's from the soul.
Lol we told you Fam... This is the true Michael. He was at his best when he was with his brothers. He put the world on notice this night. Ed Sullivan had all the greats on his show, he stuttered after they got done performing. He didn't know what to think. MJ is the greatest
Michael at any era in his career is OUTSTANDING? Could you please react to Jackson Five on American Bandstand 1970? I GUARANTEE You Will Absolutely LOVE IT! 🤎👏🏾🔥💣🔥💣🔥🔥🔥🔥
Do you only do music or would you be open to react to interviews as well cause there are some great ones and it would be nice to see your reaction to them! Like the 1983 interview or the ebony jet interview from 1987!
I remember Usain Bolt ran that 9.58 100m world record the fastest time a human has ever ran, then Mike sings like this as a child like who tf black really are bro are y’all Demi Gods are what like look at the facts in front of us.
