"Salvaged a little bit Young rich nigga shit pressure on your shoulder How you gon' deal with it? Say it's all uncomfortable when you transitioning But it's all beautiful when you get rich in it When you start killing shit And they all witness it Money roll faster than niggas could spend the shit Open more businesses with you and your niggas Thats watching your vision and being more generous. " This might be the one of the top 10 best verses in history... I still replay this chunk many times to remind myself of what nipsey was tryna remind us of.
“First you over dedicate then you notice that you’re great and you been the whole time and it slaps you in your face” One of the best lines I’ve ever heard
Everything you said is fax except I don’t smoke bud but I was just banging this jawn in my 2019 Cadillac XTS Bose system shit is a vibe fr 🔥🔥🔥🔥 R. I. P. To Nipsey da 🐐 ❗️
This was the one and only album I played everyday on repeat from the day it first dropped in February last year until October and November last year when T.I came out with Dime Trap in October and Meek Mill came out with Championship in November last year. They joined the rotation but even then Victory Lap remained the top in my rotation. Now I've added all his older stuff too. I've been a fan for many years cuzz. I'm so fucced up about life rn.😭 #NipseyHussle4ever!
"Out the gate, lost count, many days in the studio we slaved But this shit we gotta save Staring in the space that you fishing for a phrase Uninspired and your mind, still it's all a paper chase First you over dedicate, then you notice that you great And you been the whole time then it slap you in yo face Then you stack it in your safe, got it crackin', it was fate You the definition, nigga, laughin' to the bank I'm a master of my fate Plus I'm the type of nigga own the masters to my tape" Nipsey tha 60d
Nip was definitely in the beginning of his mainstreaming bag with this project 💯 his mixtape marketing was genius and always loved his bro move especially seeing him on the bone thugs I tried movie . Been a fan since . Knew some crazy was gonna happen to him
“First you over dedicate, then you notice that you great and you been the whole time, then it slap you in the face” 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 We should never have lost him.
I own all his music and listen to him daily...on repeat....but I’m on RU-vid listening to him and commenting just so his family and the world and maybe his family will know he’s not forgotten. Even a year later.
Me too. Nip was different. Although I grew up totally different, music like this makes you feel the artists experiences. Plus this is that hustler music anyone chasing a dream can relate too. Doesn’t get enough credit for what he did with this album
“They watchin’ and they wishing that it wasn’t yours I forgive you I remember I was poor, plus I ain’t in the way of what you reach for you gotta play the game you gotta read the score See I’m a do the same and pop the clutch in foreign Told me if I want it gotta hussle for it, only difference now the money more mature” _Nipsey Tha Great
The last verse sound like Nipsey has created a new rap cadence, and the study of the rap game i never heard a style like that. Puff's adlibs complimented the bars...
Plush Lifestyle I was thinking the same thing! It was like each "bar" was piling on top of the first and increasing in speed but understandable. Not exactly "speed rap" and definitely not "mumble". He seemed to have delivered each bar on RHYTHM with it's previous. Especially towards the end of that verse. And top of that it was done on beat and effortlessly regardless of each words syllables. FIRE!
This is my favorite song by him, gave me so much motivation about a year ago. I'm 24 Now I'm going to college and a Foreman at the same time. Love you man R..i.p
@@londonnoods2765 in construction. U got Apprentices, Journeymen, then Foreman. They oversee the whole construct project and insure things run smoothly. Typically an on point, tedious, careful person is appointedas foreman.
Rest in paradise king !! We all hurting that you gone !! You cared about your community!! And never turned yo back!! Business man , entrepreneur, family man, king !!! Never forgotten
That flow switch towards the end, the lyrics and Diddy's adlibs really awakens something within that makes you feel untouchable and that you can achieve all you wanna do
I'm literally on a nipsey hussle listening spree right now going through to listen to all his music since I had never heard his music when he was alive and man his music is straight heat 🔥✨ heat just wish I had heard all this when he was alive mann 😢😑🌹🌻🏁💨💫 #ripnipsey #morelove 💕 #stoptheviolence #lessviolence ✊🏾💪🏾
he went HAM on this shit. non stop straight facts he was speaking. My favourite bit is at 2:58 🔥 he just going off and his flow here is insane. Ive never heard anything like it...and works so well as the beat builds. this album is amazing. GRAMMY 2019. dont sleep. actually nah, fuck the grammys.
The fact you said this a year ago, shows you have a good ear and not a simple clout chaser***. To those sincere people who are listening to all of nipsey's songs and only found out about him now and like his tune, you guys are not clout chasers, continue enjoying his shit. The clout chaser term is only for those who jumped onto his wave after he died and started acting like they've been supporting him for a long time.
I love the way he broke down the vibes of being in a recording session. Really not wanting to be there or having other agendas, but you gotta get it in. Then your tryna gather concepts to illustrate into music den fuck around and get uninspired and focus on things like the trap. Then you make it happen and you figure you can't be fucked with.
