About Young Sheldon:

Am I the only one who feels sorry for Georgie? It shouldn’t be Georgie’s responsibility to get up and watch Sheldon. Why couldn’t Mary watch over him instead and she could’ve just drove Sheldon around so Sheldon could deliver the papers. That’s how my mom delivered papers when she was Sheldon’s age.

Having an overprotective mother is more damaging to a child than good. It teaches them to depend on others than themselves. Children prefer emotional support like dealing with anxiety, sadness or depression than micromanagement by a parent.
