Young the Giant - Typhoon (In The Open) 

anyone else get chills everytime they hear this song? amazing.

I know it's not part of the song, but those footsteps you hear at 1:20 give the song such a calming effect. The song feels so warm and raw. Hands down my favorite In The Open session by a landslide. The harmonies, the acoustics, the lighting, Eric with that damn fruit & Payam hanging out like the rad dude that he is; all of it adds to the reason why they're one of my favorite bands.

I missed their concert in my town yesterday that I was supposed to go to with my boyfriend. We broke up the day before. Couldn't hear this beauty. I guess this is close enough.

The beauty in this, is immeasurable. Their voices together sound like they just belong together. And the acoustics in whatever room they are in, make the song.

You guys never fail to take my breath away! Your music transcends my wildest dreams.

This is why I love Young the Giant. They can make beautiful music anywhere they go-this is the mark of true musicians.
