Young Thug lawyer makes argument about communicating with client 

If he can’t communicate with his lawyer that is a vile violation of the constitution period.

There are gonna be soooo many issues that will be easily make for this case to appeal. No one in this case is found guilty yet, but the prosecution is being allowed to make “allegations “ that prevent an accused persons attorney from communicating with him. This is literally a Constitutional right the judge is interfering with.

The courts wont even allow for communication amongst client and attorney about the full case. I never heard an attorney say allow for them to monitor him and if anything illegal happens charge him with the crimes, just for the judge to say no. We need an attorney present in these comments.

This trial is going to be incredibly complex and likely to run for a year at least.The multiple co defendants are all going to have made statements and each of their lawyers needs to be familiar with all statements so as to streamline the defence The judge is defiantly a prosecutors judge

I understand the courts attempt to protect the integrity of this case as well as protect other litigates and potential witnesses from harm. But to deny a defendants right to confer with his attorney is aggregious and seemingly unjust. The ability to discuss the discovery package with the defendant is crucial in order for attorneys to create the best possible defense strategy. It seems to me that this ruling would be grounds for appeal if he is found guilty.

It appears that your multimedia editor, if you have one (if you don’t you obviously need one) didn’t do his job on this title. The title itself, in correct English communicates that the lawyer is a thug, thereby slandering him. You could, of course say that it was simply a mistake, BUT in my opinion, as Arbiters of Truth (as news organizations are supposed to be) ALL communication to the public, either verbal or written should be representing the truth and NOT offering opinions as to the veracity of the content of said communication. I don't know how many cell phones or drugs end up in jail, but I know for a fact they're both in even a Supermax prison. So I would say if they can get into one of the highest security prisons in the country then they're certainly in most jails. lol
