People don’t understand how hard it must be to be a lawyer holyyyy. Unless you’re just born with the ability to understand situations clearly and be able to explain it back effortlessly.
hope he doesn't get reelected but even if he did he still couldn't pardon someone charged on state level charges. our governor kemp hates trump for calling election fraud in Georgia so all it'd take is for kemp to find out trump doesn't like thug and maybe he'll try and pardon him💀
Because the point of the whole charge is to prove that Thug is the leader of a criminal organization & one of the main ways they’re going to prove that is by saying he ordered the killing of Donovan Thomas. Copeland claims that Thug was driving the rental & saw Thomas outside the barbershop so he called up his goons, Copeland being one, & gave them the rental car to go shoot him. Then Copeland claims they met back at the McDonald’s to switch back cars & they all went to Thug’s house. This explanation given by Brian Steele makes out Copeland to be a liar and gives motive for him to kill Nut in a personal manner and not as a gang hit ordered by Thug, therefore discrediting his testimony about Thug calling the hit while also maintaining an innocence for Thug because he had no motive to kill Thomas and actually had more motives to stay out of trouble than cause crimes because he was upcoming on success legally. This story may go down as one of the key points if Thug wins the case because most of the crimes are random acts committed by people around him while this one act was the one with Thug tied into it through the rental car & testimony of Copeland.
If nothing else Thug will hopefully learn to seperate him self from these people because if he the only one trying do right and everybody around him thuggin it dont make sense to have them around....
@@kalvinparker3582 Ok are they talking about his son? Because I’m confused I don’t know what’s going on I keep hearing Kenneth Copeland I believe his church followers are like cult or gangs
@@williewoods5595 Obviously you don't know the law, if you said you didn't do it, and you did it, and there's someone else who can say you did it, guess what? You can't then can't say "I didn't do it"
@@AmandaMack-ok1uvjust because a witness can be used as evidence doesn’t mean the evidence automatically holds credence lol that doesn’t make any sense the witness testimony still has to be reviewed by the judge/jury and the jury needs to consider it as evidence along with everything else so just because someone says u did something doesn’t necessarily mean u did do it either
His defense team is horrible once you state that he’s been around someone that’s a high, career criminal when the lifestyle that thug is in, you supposed to separate yourself when you’re that high up in the entertainment business, his attorney just put him right down at the bottom right with him he supposed to be showing that they had real real real low communications pros show he could barely been thug. he supposed to paint a picture that barely shows them around each other
Nah the state case is falling apart… the judge already pissed at the state, if this case was open and shut it wouldn’t take months for the trial.. state just hopping something will stick
The judge is not as pissed at the state as he should be. He’s letting them get away with all kinds of shit. To the point where the dog almost automatically wins on appeal. You absolutely cannot completely disregard the judges order to turn over all of visual images for the opening statements, only turnover four and hide 12. And then add extra words to the quotes that you claim you copied and pasted exactly off of Instagram. All within the first 10 minutes of a trial. The defense lawyer had legitimate grounds to make a motion for a mistrial in the first 10 minutes. What does that tell you about how this will hold up on appeal? For those of you, who don’t understand how appeals work, the appellate court is absolutely not looking at the evidence to decide whether or not someone seems to be guilty. That is not what they’re doing they’re looking at the rulings that the judge made to see if they were fair or correct and whether or not, he allowed either side to disregard the laws. It always amazes me how an overzealous prosecutor can ruin their own case by going about it the wrong way. I absolutely want them to convict Young Thug, mostly once I found out that the police arrived in the middle of an actual goat sacrifice. They’re obviously illuminati Satanists like most of music industry And anyone who hurts animals I don’t want to be allowed to be free. And before you go on your dumb comments spree, calling me a conspiracy theorist, it’s in black-and-white. It’s in the trial records. That is what they were doing. When the police showed up, they were in the middle of some kind of ritual, and they were actually sacrificing animals. That did happen, it’s not up for debate.
You would think AtL being a black state with alot of artists they would show respect i bet the prosecution getting information from her kids who listen to young Thug plus it shows you can't have a rap name with Thug in it or C murder your stage name will make you guilty not your action
This lawyer either ass or the state got some strong evidence cause the lawyer just said after the murder they were at young thugs house and were sacred so thug got one a hotel and the other a rental but he wasn’t involved or had no knowledge 🤦🏿♂️
You don’t understand how a trial in America works… he did a great job. His point was to show that Copeland had a personal motive to Kill Thomas and that he wasn’t ordered to kill him by Thug. Thug isn’t on trial for knowing about the murder, he’s on trial for being a gang leader that was ordering hits on people, & discrediting Copeland’s testimony of that by making him out to be a liar, while also giving the motive for Copeland to murder Thomas himself takes away any involvement of Thug calling a hit, meaning he’s not guilty of what they’re claiming.
@@chandlercarroll3242 you obviously don’t know anything about fighting for your life on trial. You probably never been to prison and I can tell you anybody who takes that approach always gets found guilty He still admitting knowledge and the courts are gonna look at that as He didn’t do anything with that knowledge that he had of a murder so he’s at fault and yes, he is on trial for that murder as well as other charges. Don’t talk to me like you know something, when you know nothing
@@hellvell3595 haha bruh one of my best friends is a certified lawyer literally not to mention his dad is a lawyer also. 😭 plus my little sister has been going to law school for years now. 😂 I know way more than you ever will about law, he’s on trial for RICO, therefore he has to be found guilty of that. He’s not getting charged for having knowledge of or being a part of any singular crime but for instigating the criminal activity of a group, they’re very different things & the jury obviously knows that. The state doesn’t have shit on him that’s why they’re trying to use so many other people to tie stuff to him & make Thug look guilty but there’s no concrete evidence of Thug committing or appointing people to commit criminal acts other than Copeland’s testimony for this murder so that’s why it was so important that he discredit Copeland and make him out to be a liar plus have personal motive to kill Thomas rather than any motive from Thug.
If the state has definitive evidence that they went to thug's spot right after you can not talk around that nor still deny that it makes you look really bad to a jury. Attorney Steele must have no other choice but to create reasonable doubt. I'd agree with you if they had no proof of them at the spot
You will spend 25 yrs in federal custody🥶 that line hit different. Steel whole story sound crazy. I know he has to acknowledge the elephant in the room , but clearly thug was good friends with the shooter, so why try to separate 🤦🏾

Jeffrey's lawyer fucked up by saying thug was told about the planning of the murder and that the defendant need thug to rent him a car to commit the crime lol that makes him an accomplished, no? Not only that but he might be called to the stand to testify to all of those things. Thug will be a big 🐀 😂😂😂
You cannot be called to the stand to testify on yourself that is in the United States constitution. I swear all these folks in here commenting and have no clue of the laws that have been set in place since the founding of the country
@@Whatsthe_dillif you’re admitting to crimes that were actually committed in the rap then it’s different. Just because it’s on a beat doesn’t mean it’s not a confession
Thug incriminate his self rapping about this stuff. He just trying to squeeze him out of a tight situation he put his self own self in. Cause if thug represented his self he be cooked faster.
You have 0 idea how the US court system works and it’s kinda sad. You need to do some research haha, he’s very much not done and there’s a good chance he’s found not guilty. If they had him so tied up that he was done then this case wouldn’t have made it to trial & it wouldn’t be this crazy drawn out trial that needs over 600 witnesses to try and prove a point. Most of the evidence against Thug is heresay by other criminals, so if you simply discredit those criminals then their testimonies are deemed worthless because you can’t trust them & then you don’t have any concrete evidence. They’re gonna have to try and make ties back to Thug from a bunch of random crimes other people committed and say that he was leading the acts by calling shots which is very difficult to prove, unless the prosecution comes up with a good storyline or has some smoking gun waiting at the end then they really don’t have a strong case against Thug. Plus they’re making tons of errors legally within the justice system showing that they aren’t very good at their job or that they’re trying to do as much bs as they can pull off to persuade the jury, they haven’t done anything yet in over a week now that shows Thug’s involvement in anything that led to criminal acts other than letting a guy borrow a car he rented.
Man this is sad young thug attorney is dumb ass hell. Why would you say the man was number ten as a career criminal why would say that. Man young thug fire him fast. @@TheBrowns-Love listen discredit their defense. If you show that the individual was a career criminal then you’re helping out the prosecutor attorney they’re trying to show that young thug ordered them to do it. That’s why they’re mentioning the rental car you supposed to kill the theory he’s helping the theory by acknowledging thug did rent the car you suppose to make them show the case without a reasonable doubt he’s helping him if the person is a high career criminal and Young Thug is a multimillionaire you work to get out of the ghetto not work to go to the ghetto I’m sorry, but he needs to fire those attorneys they sent him up the river without a paddle. Always remember this those 12 jurors members all they looking at is why would he be associated with a high career criminal? That’s what’s gonna stay in a mind in the trial because his defense is stating that the incident happened if he was a good attorney. He should’ve said it like this, it’s a tragic that this man lost his life but Young Thug was only purchasing the car to help someone out and their situation in life so they can go get jobs and stuff not go and do a drive-by shooting. That’s what he should’ve said just watch when his trial is over with he gonna be like damn it’s attorney put him away
@@TheBrowns-Love yes I know but what he did wrong kids he gave defense knowledge that he definitely knew him as an attorney what he should’ve said this was a a tragic death, but young thug only got the Rent-A-Car to help him get jobs or to the job but he did not rent that car for no one to do a drive-by shooting and he had no knowledge of it and it’s unfortunately that a man lost his life but young thug did not get that rental car to do that.
@@TheBrowns-Love this is how they show you knew the individual and he’s doing the prosecuting attorney work by saying they’ve been around each other for a year. Just think about that.
So Thug rents bro the car and he uses it to kill someone then he gives his friends money to go hide in a hotel so they don’t get killed. Thug did both of these things out the goodness of his heart ……. 😂😂😂
Fani should be indicted for this hysterical, female abuse of power to target these people because her boyfriend was killed. The evidence is clearly not a rico; they don't even have evidence of actual crimes and are asking people to convict using non-criminal acts 🤔🪑😖
