Chennai's skyline looks horrible, looks like Bihar😂. Look at Mumbai and Hyderabad. Chennai is not at all developed, not even 1% of Bengaluru or Mumbai or Hyderabad. Highly unplanned city.

@@kabir1934look at Mumbai. Housing colonies & hutments. The so-called BKC periphery is hutments, Mithi river converted to Mithi gutter , mad traffic, crowded trains, beggars begging everywhere. So stop your bulshit. All metros have been destroyed by politicians, bureaucrats, police, judiciary and stupid people. If you don't build industries, agro industries in rural, semi rural & semi urban areas this will happen.
