Yeah, I kinda like vids where there's not much talk, but just grinding out a killer workout! The camera work was static, but there were so many well placed angles that everything was shown and demonstrated really well, without a cameraman. The music was probably not what was in your ears, but was pretty good to 'watch' by! It was ALL GOOD...including the posing!
